An operation member fixing mechanism includes: a plate member, an elastic member including a facing region, a protruding portion, a fixing lever, and a fixing knob. The protruding portion has a predetermined rigidity so as to allow the facing region to separate from the plate member when a compressed state is switched to a released state with a fixing lever and a fixing knob. The operation member fixing mechanism further includes a lubricant layer for reducing a sliding resistance of the protruding portion to the plate member in the released state and a cutout portion formed by cutting a contact surface of the facing region, the contact surface being a surface to be in contact with the plate member.

Operation member fixing mechanism and endoscope

A switching device includes a switch unit with a contact structure and a first operation shaft. The switching device includes a second flange with a contact portion to be in contact with the first operation shaft, and includes a second operation shaft. The switching device includes a holding member with an engagement portion to be engaged with an upper surface of the second flange. The switching device includes a switch operator in which the holding member is inserted. When a lateral pressing force is applied to the switch operator, a second contact portion between the second flange and the engagement portion serves as a support, and thus the second operation shaft rotates with the support. The first operation shaft rotates in accordance with the rotation of the second operation shaft, so that the contact structure is electrically conductive.

When an operation knobformed of silicone rubber is pushed laterally, a stemtilts with a contact portion (i) as a fulcrum, a push button portionis pushed, and a contact point in a switch mechanism portionoperates to turn on a switch circuit. Even if, by a large operating force Fbeing applied, the operation knobis extended and the inner surface portion, which is a ceiling surface of an internal spaceof the operation knob, rides on an upper end portion, a reinforcing surfaceprovided on the inner surface portionslides on the upper end portion, and the operation knobreturns to the initial shape.

Operation device

The disclosed technology is directed to an endoscope having respective first and second operations, a movable member, respective support and friction members, a cam member and a click mechanism all of which are engaged with one another to operate the endoscope during an operation. First and second operation members are disposed in the endoscope and are rotationally operated around a predetermined axis to carry out operation of the endoscope. A movable member is disposed inside the first operation member and is movable between a first position and a second position. A cam member having a cam surface that is made with an inclination with respect to the predetermined axis and abuts against part of the movable member. A click mechanism holds the cam member at the first position or the second position.

Endoscope

An endoscope includes a plate member to which a member be operated to bend a bendable portion is fixed and which includes a through hole, and a tubular unit formed in a tubular shape to make a fluid flow and including a coupling portion which functions as a protruding portion disposed so as to be protruded from an outer surface. The endoscope further includes a positioning mechanism which positions the plate member and the tubular unit relative to each other so as to dispose the protruding portion around a periphery of the through hole including the through hole.

An operation mechanism for an insertion device includes a moving section, an operation section configured to operate the moving section, a frame body fixed in the operation section, a long member movable along the frame body according to the operation of the operation section, a first tabular member provided between the frame body and the long member in the operation section, and a plurality of first projecting sections projecting from the first tabular member to the frame body side and disposed in a plurality of holes of the frame body.

Operation mechanism for insertion device and insertion device

An endoscope includes: a bending portion; an operation portion; a frame body; a first long member; a second long member; a chain separator; a second chain cover; and a restriction surface formed on the chain separator and configured to restrict movement of the second chain cover in a direction away from the chain separator, wherein the restriction surface forms an engagement portion configured to engage the second chain cover with the chain separator.

A bending angle adjustment mechanism for an endoscope includes a rod member that is disposed along a traveling path of a long member that is connected to a bending portion that is bendable and is pulled, a support member made of metal that is integrally provided to support both ends of the rod member, an adjustment piece that is engaged with the rod member, is movable along the rod member, and restricts movement of the long member, a guide member made of resin having a guide surface for guiding movement of the adjustment piece, wherein the guide member is fixed in a state in which the guide member is sandwiched between the adjustment piece and the support member so that the guide surface is disposed in a position capable of guiding the adjustment piece.

A bending angle adjustment mechanism includes a rod member that is disposed along a traveling path of a long member that is connected to a bending portion that is bendable and has a threaded portion formed thereon, an adjustment piece that is disposed in a predetermined position of the rod member by being engaged with the threaded portion, and restricts movement of the long member, a head portion that is provided at an end portion of the rod member to rotate the rod member, a support member that is provided at both ends of the rod member and rotatably supports the rod member, and a convex portion that protrudes to be higher than a lower edge position of an outer circumferential edge portion of the head portion while keeping the head portion of the rod member which is supported by the support member, in a rotatable state.
