A processing system comprising a first imaging system configured to capture a first image based on a terahertz wave from an inspection target, a second imaging system configured to capture a second image of the inspection target based on an electromagnetic wave of a wavelength different from the terahertz wave, and a processor configured to process the first image and the second image, wherein the processor detects an inspection region based on the second image and processes information of a region of the first image corresponding to the inspection region.

Processing system

A liquid ejection module includes a pressure chamber, a supply flow channel that supplies a liquid to the pressure chamber, a collection flow channel that collects the liquid from the pressure chamber, a liquid feeding chamber connected to one of the supply flow channel and the collection flow channel, and a connection flow channel connecting the liquid feeding chamber to the other of the supply flow channel and the collection flow channel. The liquid feeding chamber includes a liquid feeding mechanism that circulates the liquid in the supply flow channel, the pressure chamber, the collection flow channel, the liquid feeding chamber, and the connection flow channel. A ratio of a sum of flow channel resistance of the supply flow channel, the pressure chamber, and the collection flow channel relative to flow channel resistance of the connection flow channel is equal to or above 0.5.

Liquid ejection module

In a case where air bubbles exist in ink at the time of circulating the ink within a liquid ejection module, the amount circulating ink runs short and stability of ejection is blocked. The liquid ejection module has: a pressure chamber that communicates with an ejection port and which stores a liquid; an energy generation element that produces energy for causing a liquid to be ejected from the ejection port; a supply flow path that supplies a liquid to the pressure chamber; a collecting channel that collects a liquid from the pressure chamber; a liquid sending chamber that connects to the collecting channel; a connection flow path that connects the liquid sending chamber and the supply flow path; and a liquid sending unit configured to circulate a liquid, and the liquid sending chamber has a continuously inclined structure.

A driving method enables a liquid feeding apparatus using a driving element in the form of a membrane to feed a liquid at high liquid feeding accuracy. To this end, a voltage applied to the driving element is controlled in such a way as to repeat a first period in which the voltage is changed from a first voltage to a second voltage and a second period which is a longer period than the first period and in which the voltage is changed from the second voltage to the first voltage, and such that an inflection point is provided in each predetermined interval during the first period based on a Helmholtz vibration period unique to the liquid feeding apparatus.

Driving method of liquid feeding apparatus

A driving method enables a liquid feeding apparatus using a driving element in a membrane shape to feed a liquid at high liquid feeding accuracy. To this end, a voltage applied to the driving element is controlled in such a way as to repeat a first period in which a first voltage is applied and a second period which is a longer period than the first period and used to effect a change between the first voltage and a second voltage lower than the first voltage, and in such a way as to switch between application and non-application of the first voltage during the first period.

A display apparatus includes a light emitting device emitting red light, a light emitting device emitting green light, and a light emitting device emitting blue light. The display apparatus includes a circular polarizer provided on the light extraction side of the light emitting devices. Each light emitting device includes a periodic structure for extracting light from the light extraction side of the light emitting device, the light being generated in a light emitting layer and guided in the in-plane direction of a substrate. Each period of the periodic structure of the light emitting devices is identical, and the period of the periodic structure is more than 200 nm and 380 nm or less.

Display apparatus having a circular polarizer

A loss in the rigidity of a substrate for a liquid discharge head having nozzles at a high density can be suppressed. A liquid discharge head includes plural pressure generating chambers respectively provided with pressure generating elements, plural nozzle apertures respectively communicating with the plural pressure generating chambers and adapted to discharge a liquid, and a reservoir with which the plural pressure generating chambers commonly communicate respectively through communicating parts. The pressure generating chambers and the reservoir respectively have recessed portions formed respectively on one and the other of two principal planes of the same substrate, and the reservoir contains a portion shallower than a portion within the reservoir that communicates with the pressure generating chambers.

Liquid discharge head and producing method therefor

A device is formed by transferring a film onto a substrate when the film requires but the substrate is not adapted to a high temperature heat treatment process. The film having layers and formed on a first substrate having layers is transferred onto a second substrate having layers. The method of transferring the film comprises a first step of forming a lift-off layer and the film to be transferred on the first substrate, a second step of bonding the film to be transferred to the second substrate and a third step of separating the film to be transferred from the first substrate by etching the lift-off layer and transferring it onto the second substrate.
