An automatic analysis device that avoids carryover and prevents deterioration of analysis performance without controlling reaction cell position is provided with: a reaction cell in which a sample and a reagent are mixed and allowed to react; a light source that radiates light onto the mixed liquid of the sample and the reagent; a detector that detects the light radiated from the light source; and a cleaning mechanism that cleans the reaction cell. The cleaning mechanism includes an intake nozzle that draws in liquid from the reaction cell and a discharge nozzle that discharges the liquid into the reaction cell; the intake nozzle and the discharge nozzle can move vertically; and the intake nozzle is cleaned by lowering the intake nozzle into the reaction cell, in which a cleaning liquid or cleaning water have been accumulated, without drawing in the cleaning liquid or the cleaning water.

Automatic analysis device

When washing the inside of a reactor vessel which is used repeatedly, a rough suction is performed before suctioning with a washing tip; however, unwanted washing liquid may remain that may affect analysis results. The present invention provides an automatic analysis device for analyzing a sample using light, in which the automatic analysis device is characterized in that: a washing mechanism comprises a washing liquid supply nozzle that supplies washing liquid to a reactor vessel after analysis, a washing liquid suction nozzle that suctions the supplied washing liquid, a washing tip provided to the bottom end of the washing liquid suction nozzle, and a rough suction nozzle that suctions, in advance, a liquid within the reactor vessel before suctioning with the washing tip; and after the rough suction, liquid is caused to remain so that the bottom surface of the reactor vessel is not exposed.

It is necessary to efficiently agitate a small amount of sample (such as blood) and reagent (such as diluted solution) in a short time with a dispensing probe having a constant tube inner diameter. An automatic analysis device, by a dispensing probe, executes an aspiration step of aspirating a reagent from a reagent vessel; a first dispensing and aspiration step of dispensing a first liquid amount of the aspirated reagent to a reaction vessel and aspirating, from the reaction vessel, a second liquid amount of a mixed liquid obtained by mixing the reagent and the sample in the reaction vessel; and a final dispensing step of dispensing the aspirated mixed liquid and the reagent in a predetermined dispensing amount. A first liquid amount Va is less than a predetermined dispensing amount Vdil.

A sample dispensing mechanism configured to dispense a sample and a reagent to the reaction vessel at a first dispensing position and the reaction cell positioned at a second dispensing position; a second reagent vessel disposed on a track of the sample dispensing mechanism; and a control unit configured to control the sample dispensing mechanism, in which the control unit is configured to, based on information on presence or absence of incubation of an analysis item, control the sample dispensing mechanism to dispense a sample and a reagent to the reaction vessel positioned at the first dispensing position in a case where the incubation is not required by the analysis item, and control the sample dispensing mechanism to dispense a sample to the reaction cell positioned at the second dispensing position in a case where the incubation is required by the analysis item.

An automatic analysis device includes a reagent container, a reagent disk for holding the reagent container, a dispensing mechanism for dispensing a solution into the reagent container, an inversion mixing mechanism for subjecting the reagent container to inversion mixing, and a control unit for controlling the dispensing mechanism and the inversion mixing mechanism. The inversion mixing mechanism has a rotating mechanism for rotating the reagent container and a tilting mechanism for tilting a rotating shaft of the reagent container. The reagent container has a lid which can be pierced. The lid has a tubular mechanism having an opening part formed at the tip end and extending inside the reagent container. The control unit controls the dispensing conditions of the dispensing mechanism.

Addressing the problem of preventing contamination, the present invention is characterized by being provided with a reagent nozzle (H) for discharging a reagent (M) at a predetermined discharge pressure to a reaction vessel (V) in which a specimen (M) is accommodated, a control unit for controlling the horizontal position of the reagent nozzle (H) in accordance with the liquid amount of the reagent (M) and the viscosity of the reagent (M), a dispensing unit for dispensing the reagent (M) into the reaction vessel (V), and a photometer for detecting light radiated to a mixture of the specimen (M) and the reagent (M), the control unit setting the horizontal position of the reagent nozzle (H) to the center position of the reaction vessel (V) when the liquid amount of the reagent (M) is greater than the amount of the specimen (M) and the viscosity of the reagent (M) is equal to the viscosity of the specimen (M) or lower than the viscosity of the specimen (M).

Automatic analysis device and automatic analysis method

Provided are an automatic analyzer and an analysis method for the automatic analyzer, the analyzer including a dispensing mechanism having a nozzle part for dispensing a liquid; a liquid supply part for supplying the liquid to the dispensing mechanism; a temperature increasing part for increasing the temperature of liquid to be supplied from the liquid supply part to the dispensing mechanism; and a control part for controlling the dispensing mechanism, the temperature increasing part, and the liquid supply part. In accordance with information relating to whether a requested analysis is continually performed, the control unit controls the liquid supply part such that, if the analysis is not continually performed, the temperature of liquid supplied from the liquid supply part is increased by the temperature increasing part, and the liquid of the increased temperature is then supplied to the nozzle part of the dispensing mechanism.

Automatic analyzer

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic analysis device capable of efficiently performing a plurality of analyses, while reducing the footprint and cost of the device. Provided is an automatic analysis device characterized by being provided with containers for containing samples, one rack for placing the containers thereon, and a control unit, the control unit generating, with respect to the one rack, a plurality of registration patterns in which information of the positions where the containers are disposed, and information of the samples contained in the containers are correlated with each other, storing the registration patterns thus generated, applying, to the one rack, one registration pattern selected from among the registration patterns thus stored, and analyzing the samples. Also provided is an analysis method using the device.

An automated analyzer makes light from a light source incident on a liquid mixture consisting of a sample and a reagent in a reactor vessel and, by ascertaining with a photodetector the quantity of light transmitted or scattered and the change in the wavelength, performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of an object component. When light other than from the light source such as light from outside is incident on the photodetector, since it is no longer possible to accurately measure the quantity of light and the change in the wavelength, it is also no longer possible to accurately measure the analysis of the object component. In particular, in the constitution of an analysis unit provided with a plurality of analysis ports, during analysis at one analysis port, due to various mechanisms accessing other analysis ports, disturbance light such as light reflected on this mechanism would enter the analysis port under analysis and sometimes have an effect on the measurement result. The present invention provides an automated analyzer that, by means of a first light shielding mechanism and a second light shielding mechanism having an opening part in an analysis unit provided with a plurality of analysis ports, does not allow disturbance light to be incident on the analysis port under analysis so that each mechanism is capable of accessing any analysis port.
