An exterior shell for an armored cab having a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis is provided. The exterior shell has a right side panel extending parallel to the longitudinal axis, a left side panel extending parallel to the longitudinal axis, and a rear panel extending parallel to the transverse axis. A cab lower surface extends between the right side panel and the left side panel. The cab lower surface has a center tunnel extending along the longitudinal axis with an exterior curvature having a variable radius as the center tunnel extends along the transverse axis of the exterior shell. The center tunnel is configured to act as a pressure vessel in the event of an explosion beneath the armored cab.

The present disclosure is directed to a byproduct recovery system used in conjunction with a hydrogen production system. The hydrogen production system creates hydrogen gas and a byproduct through a chemical reaction. The byproduct of this chemical reaction is then contained within a solution which was part of the chemical reaction. The solution flows from the hydrogen production system into a recovery chamber. Within the recovery chamber the byproduct of the chemical reaction is removed from the solution. The byproduct may then be stored or transported to another outside system remote from both the hydrogen production system and the byproduct recovery system.

System and method to recover byproducts from a hydrogen production system

The present disclosure is directed to a hydrogen production system for creating and extracting hydrogen gas. The hydrogen production system contains a reactor vessel into which a solution and a metallic or semi-metal material may be placed. The solution is added to the reactor vessel contains both water and a caustic. When contacting the metallic or semi-metal material within the reactor vessel a chemical reaction occurs. The chemical reaction creates hydrogen gas as well as heat and other byproducts. The hydrogen gas may then flow through a hydrogen extraction point located on the reactor vessel for collection or operational use.

System and method to produce hydrogen

The disclosed vehicle armor includes a first layer forming an interior bottom surface of the cabin and comprised of a high-strength metal material, a second layer forming an exterior bottom surface of the cabin and comprised of a high-strength metal material, and, a middle layer sandwiched between the first and second layers and comprised of a polymer material. The underbelly device is configured having a plurality of high areas and low areas creating deflection faces and separation distances between an interior of the cabin and an exterior threat. A second, multi-layer composite structure, forming an interior floor of the cabin, may be incorporated as a fragmentation penetration barrier.
