A processing system may execute diagnostic software to test the functionality of one or more components arranged in a physical space for use during a video conference. Functionality of the diagnostic software may include detecting that the component is in a limited condition for use during the video conference. The processing system may initiate a response, based on an output of the diagnostic software, to change the condition of the component to increase the functionality of the component.

Functionality test of a component for use during a video conference

A computer determines one or more configurations specific to a first participant of a video conference for altering functionality of one or more components of the video conference. The computer applies the one or more configurations during the video conference. The computer determines one or more preferences of a second participant of the video conference associated with the one or more components. The computer determines at least one additional configuration of the video conference based on at least one of one or more prioritizations of the first participant or one or more prioritizations of the second participant.

Altering functionality of a video conference component

A shared conference space system is configured for use with a shared conference space. The shared conference space system determines identities of a set of conference participants of a shared conference space using a sensor. The shared conference space system associates the identities of the set of conference participants to a shared conference space digital calendar associated with the shared conference space and outputs to a display of the shared conference space system a portion of the shared conference space digital calendar including the identities of the set of conference participants.

Automated integration of conference participant information with a shared conference space digital calendar

A processing system may execute diagnostic software to test the functionality of one or more components arranged in a physical space for use during a video conference. Functionality of the diagnostic software may include determining a configuration of a component of the one or more components and comparing the configuration to a parameter associated with the component to detect that the component is in a condition that limits the functionality of the component for use during the video conference. The processing system may initiate a response, based on an output of the diagnostic software, to change the condition of the component to increase the functionality of the component.

Executing diagnostic software to test the functionality of a component for use during a video conference

A system may detect a participant of a video conference, such as by facial recognition, voice detection, beaconing from a device, login information, location information, or calendar information. The system may identify the participant as a particular person, a person belonging to a particular group, or a person in a particular geographic region. The system may determine one or more configurations specific to the participant for altering functionality of one or more components available for use during the video conference. The one or more configurations may be determined based on one or more preferences of the participant and a priority associated with the functionality. The system may apply the one or more configurations during the video conference.

Applying a configuration for altering functionality of a component during a video conference

A device for use in connection with scraping coatings from lottery tickets. The device includes a base surface for supporting lottery tickets for scraping off said coating therefrom, and a moat surrounding at least a substantial part of the base surface for catching the coatings scraped from the tickets. In one embodiment, an advertising display is mounted on the device, which display may be brought into view only upon use of the device. The display may be brought into view by a light source activated by use of the device in connection with the lottery tickets, such as by a switch activated by depression of the base surface, the light source thus illuminating the display upon closure of the switch. In one embodiment the base surface is pivotally mounted in the housing so that application of pressure on the surface causes one side thereof to be pivoted downwardly, causing closure of the switch.
