A size adjusting structure has two members forming a secured structure when the two members are engaged with each other. One of the two members can contain an engaging protrusion and the other member can contain an engaging recess on one side and a substantially flat and hole-less surface on the opposite side. The size adjusting structure can be part of a cap, hat, bag, or any other consumer products.

A baseball cap includes a surfing wax comb attached to the main strap of the baseball cap. The surfing wax comb is instantly attachable and detachable from the strap. The strap comprises two sectional straps. Each of the two straps can go through a hole on the comb forming a loop reattached back to the root of the strap. Each of the two straps can comprises a female structure on the inner side of the strap, such that any portion of the inner side of the strap can be selected attached to a male structure on the sweat band. The baseball cap can comprise a decorative strip between the front panel and the visor. An accessory carrying structure is also disclosed herein, which is able to be used on a hat and a bag.

A laser diode module attachment and mounting apparatus for adjustably mounting a laser diode module onto a fixed object, such as a pole, table edge, or refrigerator or the like, or an item of apparel, such as a cap, belt, pants, shirt or the like, thereby enhancing not only the practical applications for the Laser Diode, but also furthering its entertainment appeal. The laser diode module attachment and mounting apparatus allows for aiming, and hence projecting, a laser image on a desired target while the laser diode module is either attached to an item of apparel worn by the user or mounted onto an object. The apparatus generally comprises a first means for attaching a laser diode module onto an object, a second means for adjusting a laser diode module, and an attachment mechanism for securing the laser diode module onto the second adjusting means. The second adjusting means allows for rotation, and hence, aiming of the laser diode module around one rotational axis or around a plurality of rotational axes. Apparatus for attaching or mounting a laser diode module

This invention satisfies a long felt need to protect a typical baseball type cap from the crushing forces often associated with shipping and packaging. This invention incorporates the not previously used idea of a half-crown or full-crown insert to support the cap from underneath against crushing forces occurring during shipping which tend to make an unsupported hat have a sloppy, wrinkled and undesirable appearance. The insert is retained inside the baseball type cap by tucking it into or around the sweatband. The industry has typically used outer rigid packaging covers to protect the cap during shipping and packaging. While these covers protect the cap from crushing forces, they do not support the crown portion from underneath. An underneath supporting insert will force the cap to retain its shape for long periods of time and can be used by the retail purchaser to retain the cap's shape when not in use.

The self-sizing baseball cap with a two or more piece, one or more layer sweatband satisfies the long recognized need of providing a baseball cap that fits a range of head sizes comfortably without any wearer adjustable cap sizing devices. This sweatband is flexibly attached to the self-sizing baseball cap so that it can be in either the stowed or deployed position when wearing the cap. When deployed, it creates an expanded self-adjustable attachment area on the wearer's head and provides more shade and warmth to the wearer. The two or more piece, one or more layer sweatband can be made from one or more than one different material with some or all materials biaxially or uniaxially stretchable. Each piece of the sweatband can be a different color or the same color as the other sweatband pieces.

Self-sizing baseball cap

An adjustable cap apparatus comprising a crown portion having a front end and a rear end, an opening disposed on the rear end of the crown portion, a visor attached to the front end of the crown portion, and stretchable material completely covering the opening such that surface continuity with the crown portion is maintained. The multi-axial stretchability and resiliency of the material covering the opening allows for both halves of the crown portion to either be drawn together or spread apart to fit the wearer, thereby providing a degree of adjustability to the cap and comfort to the wearer. The stretchable material disposed within the opening has a greater stretchability than the material of the crown portion, even when the crown portion is composed predominantly of a stretchable material, thereby serving the purpose of increasing the degree of adjustability in caps already incorporating stretchable material in the crown portion. The complete closure of the opening not only eliminates the long plaguing problem of the wearer's hair protruding through the opening, but also eliminates the problem of material gathering or bunching up above the opening, thereby resulting in a more desirable appearance and greater comfort for the wearer.

The invention comprises an outer frame, a transparent cover, a backing frame and means for attaching the outer frame to the backing frame whereby a photograph or other like item is disposed adjacent the transparent cover. The apparatus can be mounted onto a variety of surfaces to display a photograph or other like item on headwear, clothing, bags, toys or the like.
