A wind lock for an overhead roll-up door, the wind lock having a first edge which is substantially straight and capable of extending substantially perpendicular vertically from a face of a door panel to which the wind lock attaches to, the wind lock including a second edge having an angled-beveled face, wherein the second edge extends at an angle from the first edge laterally across the face of an attached door panel is beveled with the face of the door panel so as to extend vertically from the face at an angle.

A high load operation industrial roll door, including a flexible door curtain windable about a top roll positioned above a door opening and provided with a drive system. The roll door includes a bottom beam fastened to the door curtain, and a biasing spring, for resisting movement of the door upon application of a load thereon, and a positive stop preventing movement of the biasing means beyond a predetermined point.

High load operation of an industrial roll door

A door sweep includes a holder and a plurality of astragals extending from the holder. The holder has a generally U-shaped cross-section defining a cavity for receiving a portion of a door. The astragals are provided with tongues, which are received in grooves of the holder.

Adjustable bottom sweep for a door

The hinge includes a first flange and a second flange which pivot and translate with respect to each other. The first flange includes a first laterally offset pivot axis. The second flange includes a second laterally offset pivot axis and a translational path. Additionally, a pivot plate is provided with first and second parallel passageways. The first laterally offset pivot axis of the first flange engages the first parallel passageway of the pivot plate and the translational path of the second flange. The second laterally offset pivot axis of the second flange engages the second parallel passageway of the pivot plate. Initially relative pivoting of the first flange and the second flange causes the first laterally offset pivot axis of the first flange and the first parallel passageway of the pivot plate to translate within the translational path. Subsequent relative pivoting of the first flange and the second flange causes the pivoting about the first laterally offset pivot axis.
