A merchandising system includes an elongated mounting member selectively securable to an associated shelf. A cooperating member is received on the mounting member, wherein the cooperating member extends rearwardly over the associated shelf. The cooperating member includes an elongated body. An engaging element is mounted to the elongated body and is movable in relation thereto. The engaging element selectively contacts the mounting member in order to selectively secure the cooperating member to the mounting member.

Merchandising system

An exemplary subterranean hub for an outdoor system for distributing electrical power to a plurality of fixtures is provided, the hub having a body, a plurality of electrical connectors disposed on the body and adapted to accept mating connectors from a corresponding fixtures, means for electrically coupling an external power source to the electrical connectors, and a depth reference marker, connected to the body and adapted to provide a visual verification that the hub is buried at a sufficient depth during installation of the hub.

Subterranean electrical hub

Arrangements and methods are provided for electrically and mechanically coupling a lighting arm to a wiring body. An exemplary arrangement includes a fixture arm, a wiring body, a socket, and a plug. The exemplary socket is affixed to one of the fixture arm and the wiring body, and includes a socket opening and at least one socket electrical contact. The exemplary socket opening includes an outer end, an inner end, and a first mating portion on an internal surface of the socket opening. The exemplary plug is affixed to the other of the fixture arm and the wiring body, and includes a plug body and at least one plug electrical contact. The exemplary plug body includes an end portion, a side portion, and a second mating portion disposed on the side portion. The second mating portion is configured to engage the first mating portion when the plug is coupled with the socket. When the plug is inserted in the socket, the plug and the socket are configured such that the plug is rotatable from an inserted position to a retained position in which the at least one plug electrical contact engages the at least one socket electrical contact and the first mating portion is retained in engagement with the second mating portion.

The present invention provides a reflective marker such as is used to delineate the location of a road, driveway or parking area. A reflective marker according to the invention includes a support post and a head fastened to the support post. The head includes a top portion and a bottom portion that are spanned by a generally cylindrical shell portion, which is preferably multi-faceted. Means are disposed on the shell portion for reflecting incident light directed thereat over a 360&deg; range. Preferably, the reflective means comprises reflective tape having a width of from about 1.5 to about 3.5 inches. In the presently most preferred embodiment of the invention, the head is constructed of a polymeric material, and the support post is constructed of fiberglass.
