Systems and methods for generating a facilities report

A camera system for defining an inspection space including one or more cameras placed in proximity to a sink or wash station. The camera system is configured such that points within the defined inspection space are visible and may be recorded, but objects outside the defined inspection space are blurred or invisible. This is accomplished by selecting depth of field or by attaching a computing device that is programmed to not record or save information from parts of the image.

A user- chosen series of questions can be automatically generated by accessing the storage after a user has chosen a facility system category. Survey data can be received based on received responses to the user-chosen series of questions. The picture and/or video data can be automatically associated with the existing property based on GPS identification for the existing property. A facilities report can be automatically generated for the existing property. A GUI can be presented allowing a user to associate picture and/or video data with various facilities by confirming that a file for a particular facility should be accessed and/or opened.

A process extracts and reclaims the components of an asphalt-based material having as constituents at least asphalt and one or more solid materials. A solvent for asphalt dissolves the asphalt constituent to form a slurry of asphalt-solvent liquid and the solid materials. The liquid and the solids in the slurry are then separated. The liquid is separated into solvent and asphalt. The solids, when of more than one type, are separated into at least one pure constituent solid. In a preferred embodiment, the process runs in a continuous mode with the various materials flowing as streams into spaces where steps of the process operate. The controller sends a report to a central computer which identifies the dispenser and the date and time of each dispensing act. Data collected by the input device is relayed to the central computer through the controller. An alarm device for night deposit boxes consists of a housing with a tear gas or dye-releasing alarm in a housing mountable inside the deposit box. Machine and method for applying an anaerobic sealant and locking material into a workpiece bore in which an outwardly flaring cup mounted onto a rotatable anaerobic material reservoir and spin cup drive having a truncated conical wall with openings therein to feed the anaerobic material into the flaring spin cup in response to the centrifugals on the material as the reservoir and spin cup is rotatably driven. The anaerobic material will be spun from the cup in a controlled manner so that an annular layer of anaerobic material is applied onto the bore wall. A closure member can be subsequently inserted into the bore being sealed and permanently retained therein by the material. In a preferred method, the reservoir and spin cup assembly is moved between a retracted material load position and an extended material apply position.
