The server computer transmits a control signal or monitoring signal to a computer or processor located at the vehicle. The computer or processor performs a control operation or a monitoring operation regarding the vehicle, or the system, equipment, or device, of the vehicle in response to the control signal or monitoring signal.

The processor processes information for purchasing a lottery ticket. The video recording device records a video clip or recording of a first user during a purchase of the lottery ticket. The processor generates an electronic lottery ticket. The transmitter transmits the video clip or recording and the electronic lottery ticket to a first device or second device. The central processing computer provides a first electronic forum which provides a video broadcast or streaming video of the lottery drawing a game. The activity report or information contained therein is stored in a distributed ledger and blockchain technology system or in a database of a central processing computer.
