A mounting apparatus for exercise equipment includes a first elongate support member having a first end, a second end, and a connector positioned along a first portion of the first elongate support member and arranged to detachably connect to a portion of the exercise equipment. The mounting apparatus further includes a second elongate support member having a first end and a second end meeting the first end of the first elongate support member at a first vertex. The mounting apparatus further includes a third elongate support member having a first end and a second end meeting the first end of the first elongate support member at a second vertex.

An exercise machine includes a shaft configured to rotate about an axis; a spool configured to receive a strap and drive rotation of the shaft about the axis in response to movement of the strap; a flywheel configured to rotate about the axis; one or more conductive coils arranged to generate magnetic fields that induce eddy currents in the flywheel; a clutch configured to engage and disengage transmission of torque between the spool and the flywheel; and a spring arranged around the axis, the spring configured to exert a return torque on the spool about the axis in response to rotation of the shaft.

Particular embodiments of the invention comprise a wake disruptor () for use on the rear side () of a land vehicle (), a method of using the wake disruptor to reduce drag of a land vehicle, and a land vehicle including the wake disruptor. The wake disruptor forms a protrusion extending outwardly from a rear side of the land vehicle by a distance of 1.5 to 8 inches and has a length extending at least partially in a direction of the vehicle width. The land vehicle may comprise a motorized or powered vehicle and/or a towed object, such as a trailer.
