A computer implemented method, system and a computer program product for verifying compliance of a land parcel to an approved usage includes monitoring one or more updatable sources of information to detect availability of new information with respect to the land parcel, processing the new information to determine location information and current usage of the land parcel, querying a database storing location information of land parcels having at least approved usage information to determine approved usage of the land parcel. Finally, the current and approved usages of the land parcel are compared to determine compliance of the current usage to the approved usage of the land parcel.

Verifying compliance of a land parcel to an approved usage

A method and system for delivering a service is provided. The method includes enabling a social application container computer system from an end user device, via an application program interface (API) executing in the social application container computer system invoked by an application running on the end user device. Transaction data describing a transaction request of a user of the end user device is collected from the end user device via the application and the API. Transaction specific context is generated based on the transaction data. User specific context is generated based on user data present in the transaction data.

In one embodiment, a service mediator provides a service that is a composite of atomic services and executes a recovery pattern in the event that a service is not available. More particularly, in an initial phase of operation, the service mediator determines one or more recovery patterns for each atomic service offered in the composite service and stores in a database an identity of each such recovery pattern for each atomic service. In subsequent operation, the service mediator monitors the availability of each atomic service. When a user inquires of a composite service, the service mediator determines if any of its atomic services is unavailable. If an atomic service is unavailable, the service mediator selects a recovery pattern and executes it.

The computing system processes process elements associated with the processes. The computing system identifies a first functional area associated with a first current process element of the process elements and a second functional area associated with a first parent process element of the first current process element. A set of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) services can be utilized by applications executing in protected application environments external to a SOA environment. The SOA services can include an identity service, a eligibility service, and a security risk assessment service, each of which generates a percentage of risk when run. SOA services can be dependent on specific applications and application cases, each being a specific context of an application, so that results vary by application case. The SOA environment can store data, which is constantly being updated about people, which is used by the SOA services. In one embodiment, sensitive or confidential data can be maintained in the protected application environment and can be isolated from the SOA environment. Rules, criteria, factors, and the like used by the SOA services can be customized at an arbitrary level of complexity for specific applications and application cases.

A service grouping and allocation method and system. The method includes retrieving, by a computing system, a list of candidate services. The computing system retrieves service identification techniques data associated with the candidate services and identifies process elements associated with first candidate services of the candidate services. The first candidate services comprise a process decomposition service identification technique. It is determined if the computing system comprises first mapping data indicating relationships between the process elements and associated functional areas. The computing system generates and stores results data associated with the relationships.
