Various embodiments are directed to reconfigurable motorized conveyor rollers and methods of using the same. In various embodiments, a reconfigurable motorized conveyor roller comprises a housing assembly defining a roller width defined between a first lateral end and a second lateral end opposite the first lateral end; and a housing adjustment assembly disposed within the housing assembly that is operable to adjust the roller width by facilitating a configuration of the housing assembly between a nominal configuration and an expanded configuration; wherein the housing assembly comprises a plurality of coaxial housing components configured for movement relative to one another in one or more lateral directions, and wherein the housing adjustment assembly is operable to cause at least a portion of the plurality of housing components to move in the one or more lateral directions to selectively configure the housing assembly between the nominal configuration and the expanded configuration.

Reconfigurable motorized conveyor roller and method of using the same

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide adaptive autonomous guided vehicles capable of performing a myriad of specialized task operations. Some embodiments include a base vehicle, a vertical carousel including at least one carousel conveyor shelf, where the vertical carousel is affixable to a top of the based vehicle, and a rotatable top conveyor affixable to a top of the vertical carousel. Some embodiments include processing circuitry communicatively coupled to with each of the base vehicle, the vertical carousel, and the rotatable top conveyor, where the processing circuitry executes computer-coded instructions that at least partially cause the processing circuitry to control each of the base vehicle, the vertical carousel, and/or the rotatable top conveyor. The processing circuitry controls such components to perform any of a number of specific task operations. Some embodiments align multiple adaptive autonomous guided vehicles that interact to perform specific task operation(s).

Adaptive automated guided vehicles and methodologies of operation

Apparatuses, methods, and systems comprising reconfigurable motorized conveyor rollers are provided. The example reconfigurable motorized conveyor roller includes a housing with a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The housing includes a plurality of curved plates that at least partially form a cylindrical tube. The reconfigurable motorized conveyor roller includes a motor assembly and a drive assembly at least partially disposed within the housing that are configured to cause rotation of at least a portion of the reconfigurable motorized conveyor roller. And, the reconfigurable motorized conveyor roller includes a housing adjustment assembly disposed within the housing that is operable to modify one or more dimensions of the housing.

Taper convertible motorized conveyor rollers

Apparatuses, methods and systems comprising integrated motorized conveyor rollers are provided. Various embodiments illustrated herein disclose an axle lock assembly comprising a first plate with a first aperture, a second plate with a second aperture, a shaft, wherein the shaft is inserted through the first aperture and the second aperture and a bush. When the bushing is in contact with the first plate and the second plate, the bush creates a lateral force to move the first plate and the second plate in opposite directions to secure the shaft.

Axle lock assembly for motor driven rollers

An adjustable insulating device is provided. An example device includes a housing and an extendable member at least partially located within the housing. The extendable member moves between a retracted position and an extended position. The device further includes an adjustment mechanism operably coupled with the extendable member. The adjustment mechanism causes translation of the extendable member between the retracted position and the extended position. The adjustment mechanism includes a first roller rotationally engaged with the extendable member at a first position that houses a first motor, and a second roller rotationally engaged with the extendable member at a second position that houses a second motor. An output of the first motor and an output of the second motor are configured to cause translation of the extendable member between the retracted position and the extended position, via the first roller and the second roller.

Adjustable electric insulating device

Apparatuses, methods and systems comprising conveyor roller integrated divert mechanisms are provided. The example conveyor roller integrated divert mechanisms are integrated with a motorized or non-motorized conveyor roller to controllably divert an item at any point along a conveyor line. An example conveyor roller includes a housing forming an at least partially hollow cylindrical tube. The housing includes a plurality of radial gaps. In addition, the conveyor roller includes a divert assembly at least partially disposed within the housing that is operable to divert an item. The divert assembly includes a retractable divert mechanism configured to controllably protrude from the housing through at least one of the plurality of radial gaps.

When the hushing is in contact with the first plate and the second plate, the bush creates a lateral force to move the first plate and the second plate in opposite directions to secure the shaft.

Clamp

Various embodiments include a lower jaw assembly and a grounding clamp. The grounding clamp includes a clamp body defining a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The grounding clamp also includes an upper jaw. The grounding clamp further includes a support arm slidably attached to the clamp body. The support arm includes a locking mechanism configured to removably engage the first side of the clamp body and a balance mechanism configured to removably engage the second side of the clamp body. The movement of the support arm is restricted upon the engagement of the locking mechanism and the balance mechanism. The grounding clamp also includes a moveable jaw slideably attached to clamp body and operably coupled to the support arm via a fastening mechanism.

Grounding clamp

A grounding clamp () is provided for use with an overhead electrical conductor () and is operated by a user via a shotgun stick or other elongate stick or pole. The grounding damp () includes a pair of damp jaws () that, in one embodiment (), are biased towards a closed position by at least one spring () and that are driven between open and closed positions via a cam mechanism () in response to the user applying a torque force to the clamp () with the shotgun stick or other elongate stick or pole.
