The present disclosure relates to novel compositions of additives that result from mixing at least two thermoassociative and exchangeable copolymers and at least one compound for controlling the association of these two copolymers. A lubricant composition results from mixing at least one lubricating base oil, at least two thermoassociative and exchangeable copolymers and at least one compound for controlling the association of these two copolymers. The present disclosure also relates to a process for modulating the viscosity of a lubricant composition that results from mixing at least one lubricating base oil, at least two thermoassociative and exchangeable copolymers; as well as the use of a diol compound for modulating the viscosity of a lubricant composition.

Compositions of thermoassociative additives with controlled association and lubricant compositions containing them

A composition results from the mixture of at least one lubricating oil, at least one statistical copolymer A1 , and at least one compound A2 including at least two boronic ester functions; the statistical copolymer A1 resulting from the copolymerisation of at least a first monomer M1 having diol functions and at least a second monomer M2 having a different chemical structure from that of the M1 monomer. The composition lubricates a mechanical part. The field is that of lubricants.

Lubricating compositions comprising thermoassociative and exchangeable copolymers

The present disclosure concerns a lubricant composition including: at least one base oil; and at least two glycerol esters Eand E, ester Ebeing an ester of glycerol and of a C-Ccarboxylic acid and ester Ebeing an ester of glycerol and of a C-Ccarboxylic acid. The lubricant composition has good friction properties, and the use thereof promotes fuel savings.

Lubricant composition

A lubricant composition includes at least one branched polyglycerol ether, and more particularly at least one branched polyglycerol ether and at least one dispersant. A method for reducing fuel consumption of a vehicle utilizing a lubricant composition is also provided. Furthermore, a use of a branched polyglycerol ether as a friction modifier in a lubricant composition is disclosed.
