A method and user equipment to select an emission power from a set of possible emission powers depending on their location relative to a base station. In a 5G development scenario, a massive number of user equipment will be deployed. The data exchanged by this user equipment is mainly signalling data whose volume generates an overload of the network resources. A resource access scheme called uncoordinated resource access scheme reduces the volume of the exchanged data. So that the base station can decode all signals emitted by the user equipment, it is necessary to have a number of emission power levels greater than the number of user equipment. By proposing the user equipment to select an emission power from a set of possible emission powers depending on their location relative to the base station, the solution allows the base station to decode the signals emitted by a greater number of user equipment.

The method includes: a slow type link adaptation determining an initial rate for each source by destination based on an average SNR of each link and transmitting to each source the initial rate; and for each frame out of several, successively transmitting the messages of the M sources during the M slots phase with, respectively, modulation and coding schemes determined from the initial rates. Relaying method and device and destination with feedback in an OMAMRC system

A full-duplex relay and method of a telecommunication system having several sources, at least the relay and a recipient. The relay includes: a decoder estimating a message for each source, from successive received blocks transmitted during a current interval by a source, a decision module deciding which source messages were decoded without error from the estimated messages, a network encoder encoding a selection of the messages decoded without error and a transmitter transmitting a signal representative of the network encoded messages to the destination and a control signal indicating the selected messages. The decision module selects messages decoded without error at the input of the network encoder by only considering a return path from the destination indicating correct or incorrect decoding of messages. After each reception of a block, the decision module prevents the emission by the transmitter for a time period necessary to receive and decode the return path.

Dynamic and selective FD-DSDF transmission of a digital signal for a MARC/MAMRC system with full-duplex relay and a limited feedback

A relaying method in a telecommunication system having a plurality of sources, a half-duplex relay and a recipient. The relay performs a receiving phase of: receiving codewords transmitted by the sources, including estimating for each source a message associated with the codewords transmitted by the source, error detection and decision of error-free decoded messages, which determine the set of sources decoded without error by the relay; a phase of coding and transmitting to the recipient a signal uniquely representative of the selection of messages, such that, after each reception of a block from different sources, the relay receives and decodes a return path from the destination indicating if no or at least one message is decoded without error, these messages determining the set of sources decoded without error. The relay switches from the receiving phase to the coding and transmission phase once a logic rule is valid.
