The present disclosure relates to a powertrain for a work machine, such as an agricultural work machine. The powertrain includes a first electric motor with a first drive shaft that can be driven by the first electric motor, and a second electric motor with a second drive shaft that can be driven by the second electric motor. The powertrain has a first coupling gearwheel arranged on the first drive shaft and a second coupling gearwheel arranged on the second drive shaft, where the first coupling gearwheel engages with the second coupling gearwheel. Also disclosed is a corresponding work machine incorporating the powertrain.

Powertrain for a work machine, and work machine

A transmission, in particular a reducer transmission (), which has two planetary sets and two shift elements (S, S). In addition, a transmission assembly which has a main transmission (), of a planetary design, in particular a continuous power split transmission of a planetary design, and such a transmission which is coupled, as a reducer transmission (), with the main transmission (). Also, a powertrain () of a working machine with such a transmission assembly ().

Transmission, transmission assembly and powertrain

A continuously variable power-split transmission having a planetary gear mechanism arrangement. The planetary gear mechanism arrangement has three planetary gear sets, an input shaft and three output shafts. Furthermore, the transmission has a change-speed gearbox connected to the output shafts, a reverse gear mechanism and a variator. Each of the three planetary gear sets is assigned a respective output shaft. The input shaft is operatively connected in each of the three planetary gear sets via a respective gearwheel pairing to a respective output shaft. The transmission can be shifted by the change-speed gearbox and the reverse gear mechanism into at least eight driving ranges. The variator varies a transmission ratio of the transmission within the driving ranges in a continuously variable manner. The variator is continuously operatively connected to a single one of the three planetary gear sets.

Continuously variable power-split transmission

A power-split transmission () with a first power path and a second power path. In this case, the first power path is a mechanical power path and includes a primary planetary gearset (P), a secondary planetary gearset (P) and a tertiary planetary gearset (P). Furthermore, the power-split transmission () is equipped with at least four shifting elements. In addition, a method for operating such a power-split transmission () is disclosed. Moreover, a drive-train () of a working machine with a power-split transmission () of the type concerned is presented.

Power split transmission and method to operate a power split transmission and powertrain

A power-split transmission comprises an electric variator () and an electric variator () which can be connected, by way of a clutch (), for forward driving, and a clutch (), for reverse driving, to the drive output shaft () in such manner that the drive output shaft () can be purely electrically driven even when the input shaft () is static.

Power-split transmission

A power-split drive train having a main drive, three output shafts (Ab, Ab, Ab) and a continuously variable powersplit transmission with three additional drive units. The transmission enables rotational speed variability at the shafts (Ab, Ab, Ab). Furthermore, each drive unit () has a respective energy converter () which are all electrically connected. Drive unit () has planetary gearset () that is connected, via a first shaft (W), to the main drive. Shaft (Ab) is connected, via a second shaft (W), to gearset () and energy converter () is connected, via a third shaft (W), to gearset (). The drive unit () is at least indirectly connected to drive unit () which is connected by a fifth shaft (W) to shaft (Ab). Drive unit () is at least indirectly connected to drive unit () which is connected by a seventh shaft (W) to shaft (Ab).

Power-split driveline for a work machine

A power-split drive train for a working machine having a main drive element, drive output shafts (Ab, Ab, Ab), and a continuous power-split transmission with three drive units (). The transmission enables all three output shafts to be operated at the same time with rotational speed variability. A first drive unit () has two energy converters while second and third drive units () each comprise one energy converter. All four energy converters are functionally connected to an electric line. The first unit () is connected, via a first shaft, to the main drive element and, via a second shaft, to output shaft (Ab). The first unit () is connected to drive unit () which is connected, via a third shaft, to output shaft (Ab). The first drive unit () is connected to drive unit () which is connected, via a fourth shaft, to output shaft (Ab).

A gear unit for a compound transmission has a planetary stage that couples an input and an output shaft for different transmission ratios. The planetary stage includes a sun gear, a ring gear and planet gears rotatably supported at a planet carrier. The planet gears have a region with two different toothings arranged axially offset with respect to an axis of rotation of the planetary stage. A meshing engagement with a first sun gear and/or a first ring gear is produced via the first toothing. The planet gears mesh at the second toothing with a second sun gear and/or a second ring gear, and one component of the planetary stage is connected to the input shaft to be fixed with respect to rotation and one component is fixed at a housing, while the rest of the components can be coupled with the output shaft, respectively.
