A flame ignition and control system includes at least one gas burner, which is connected to a gas source via a flame control system, and a safety valve controlled by a flame sensor consisting of a thermocouple. The safety valve has an open state, in which the source supplies gas to the burner, and a closed state, in which gas flow is obstructed, the switching from the open state to the closed state and vice versa being controlled by the electric signal generated by the thermocouple. An igniter device is provided, which consists of an ignition electrode and a power supply unit thereof. Furthermore, at least the operation of the igniter device is controlled according to the current strength of the electric signal generated by the thermocouple.

Flame ignition and control system

A control unit () for controlling an electric household appliance, e.g. a refrigerator, is connected in series with a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) resistive unit () which, when supplied with electric current, generates sufficient heat to activate a thermally activated actuating element () for selectively turning on/off respective auxiliary switches () of the electric household appliance. An electronic gas-lighting device includes a casing made of insulating material; electronic high-voltage-pulse generating circuit including at least one transformer having a secondary winding, the ends of which are connected to respective high-voltage terminals; and fitting elements for removably fitting the insulating casing to a supporting surface of a conducting metal body element of an electric household appliance, e.g., a cooking range with gas burners. The casing includes a cup-shaped body housing the transformer, and a box portion which is formed integrally with the cup-shaped body, houses at least part of the electronic high-voltage-pulse generating circuit, and is fitted directly with respective supply contacts located on the box portion to form a supply terminal board. The supply contacts are connected exclusively to the electronic high-voltage-pulse generating circuit, and are connectable to the wires of a supply cable.

Electronic gas-lighting device integrated with a terminal board

A device including: a board for supporting electronic components and supporting an electric circuit for mutual connection of the electronic components; and at least one terminal for electrically connecting the circuit and a respective insulated electric wire having an inner conductor covered with a coated and/or applied insulating sheath; the terminal being defined by a metal blade forming part of the circuit and which is carried integrally by the board and projects from a first face of the board. The blade is so formed as to define means for mechanically retaining and electrically connecting the electric wire, and which act on an end portion of the inner conductor.

A thermostat, in particular for electric household appliances, including a mechanical switch and an analog regulating circuit having a variable-ratio reference divider. The reference divider includes a reference resistor and a variable-resistance resistive element; and the mechanical switch connects the variable-resistance resistive element to the reference resistor.

Fast-fit electronic gas-lighting device

An electronic gas-lighting device having a casing defined by a cup-shaped body made of electrically insulating material is disclosed. An electronic high-voltage-pulse generator is housed in an inner cavity of the casing accessible through a mouth of the cup-shaped body. An output terminal is connected to the electronic pulse generator and housed through a respective seating duct formed integrally with a bottom wall of the cup-shaped body. A connecting board carrying an electric circuit and extending the full length of the cup-shaped body is positioned substantially closing the mouth, inside the cavity, and carries, on a first face facing the cavity, the electronic pulse generator connected mechanically and electrically to one another and to the board by the board itself and the circuit, so as to be housed in one continuous compartment defined by the inner cavity of the casing and by the connecting board, and so as to be embedded, together with the connecting board, in a matrix of insulating polymer resin which fills the whole of the cavity up to a point flush with the mouth of the cavity. The board has at least one through opening enabling the polymer resin to be poured into the casing with the board already in position.

Electronic gas-lighting device

The electronic circuit of a gas-lighter has an electronic filter inserted between the input terminals of the gas-lighter and a current-discharge generating circuit. The filter has a first pair of resistors located respectively between a first of the input terminals and a first intermediate node, and between a second of the input terminals and a second intermediate node; a capacitor located between the first intermediate node and the second intermediate node; and a second pair of resistors located respectively between the first intermediate node and the current-discharge generating circuit, and between the second intermediate node and the current-discharge generating circuit.
