The present disclosure provides a low-energy-consumption in-situ extraction system for lunar rare gas and an extraction method. The system includes a screening device, a grinding device and a heating device. The method includes: a. using a robot arm to collect lunar soil and put into the screening device, and screening lunar soil with a particle size below 100 &#x3bc;m; b. adding and grinding screened lunar soil in the grinding device; c. adding and heating ground lunar soil in the heating device to 150-250&#xb0; C., and releasing rare gases adsorbed. The present disclosure uses screening, grinding combined with traditional heating methods to achieve low power consumption in extracting rare gases on the surface of the moon, and extraction power consumption is only 10-30% of the power consumption of hot-melt extraction at 900&#xb0; C. in the prior art, which is beneficial to promote the lunar resource utilization.

Provided in the present invention is a chicken whole-genome SNP chip and application thereof. There are a total of 50,000 SNP loci on the chip: including 19,600 SNP loci for white-feather broilers, yellow-feather and partridge chickens having a MAF value greater than 0.05 and uniformly distributed across the genome which were derived from the data of the whole-genome resequencing of main indigenous chicken breeds in China and introduced chicken breeds; 14,000 SNP loci associated with economic traits, and 16,400 SNP loci for making up for the genomic regions that are not covered by the first two types of probes. The 50,000 SNP loci on the chicken whole-genome SNP chip of the present invention have DNA sequences represented by SEQ ID NOs. 1 to 50,000. The SNP loci on the chip are uniformly distributed across the whole genome, and associated with traits such as feed efficiency, meat production rate, lipid metabolism, meat quality, general resistance to diseases, reproduction and the like, and the chip has moderate through-put and low cost, and could be used universally for chicken breeds at indigenous and abroad.

A method and a system for measuring the pore structure of tight sandstone are provided. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out the desorption experiment of a core sample saturated by a specific gas containing isotope element to obtain the pressure of the specific gas and the total isotope ratio at each sampling moment; acquiring a single isotope ratio of each pore diameter at each sampling moment according to a physical model containing pore diameter parameter and the pressure of the specific gas at each sampling moment; and obtaining the proportion of a pore of each pore diameter in the core sample. The method and the system for measuring the pore structure of the tight sandstone provided by the disclosure can quickly obtain the pore distribution of the tight sandstone without damaging a sample.
