An apparatus, computer-implemented method and program product to arrange and fund a funeral or other memorial service. A program receives user input requesting information associated with funeral products, services and homes. The program associates the user input with a budgetary, profile, home locator, or step-based parameter. Each parameter logically links to an information field stored within the database. A central web server retrieves information associated with the parameter for inclusion within a funeral plan.

System and method of planning a funeral

A selection room display facilitates a casket selection by a customer of a funeral home. The display includes a vertical back wall and a pair of vertical, spaced apart wing walls cooperating with the back wall to form an alcove. A plurality of casket portions are displayed in the alcove. A vertical signage column may be positioned in the alcove. Information modules are also displayed in the alcove. The modules correspond to the casket portions. The casket portions are supported on shelves which are removably secured to the back wall. The information modules are similarly removably secured to the back wall. The display may incorporate 'themes' to feature the various casket choices. The theme technique may also be utilized in the funeral home viewing room.

Display for a casket selection and/or viewing room

A selection room display facilitates a casket selection by a customer of a funeral home. The display includes a vertical back wall and a pair of vertical, spaced apart wing walls cooperating with the back wall to form an alcove. A plurality of casket portions are displayed in the alcove. A vertical signage column may be positioned in the alcove. Information modules are also displayed in the alcove. The modules correspond to the casket portions. A casket display structure has a floor-supported casket support adapted to support and display a casket. At least one standard is connected to and extends upwardly from the casket support. A decorative panel is hung on the standard. A rearward facing decorative panel may also be hung on the standard. In that case a second casket support may be positioned on an opposite side of the decorative panels from the first casket support. Two such casket display structures may be positioned perpendicularly to one another with the side edge of the second display structure abutting the rearward facing decorative panel of the first display structure. By utilizing three two-tiered casket racks in such an arrangement, a total of six caskets can be displayed.
