A computing device displays a first object icon representing a first object of a first data source and a second object icon, representing a second object of the first data source. The first object icon is connected to the second object icon via a first connector representing a relationship between the first object and the second object. In response to receiving a first user input to add a third object, the computing device displays a third object icon representing the third object. In response to receiving a second user input on the third object icon, in accordance with a determination that the second object and the third object include at least one common data field, the computing device displays a second connector, connecting the third object icon to the second object icon.

Creation and consumption of data models that span multiple sets of facts

A user selects a node that specifies an operation for a dataset. In response, a computer system displays data values for the dataset, in a grid in a data pane. The grid includes a first column and a second column. In the grid, the user edits a first data value in the first column in a first row. The user input changes the first data value to a replacement data value. The computer system identifies a second data value in the second column in the first row, and identifies one or more additional rows in the grid, whose data values for the first column and the second column match the first data value and the second data value. The computer system then updates the data value in the first column for a second row in the grid to the replacement data value.

Data preparation user interface with conditional remapping of data values

A user interface displays: a first column comprising non-editable input strings retrieved from a data field; a second column comprising editable output strings initialized from the data field; and an expression window displaying a transformation function &#x192;. Generating visually simplified calculation expressions corresponding to user manipulation of textual data elements

A method prepares data for subsequent analysis. The method displays a user interface that includes a plurality of panes, including a data flow pane and a data pane. The data flow pane includes a flow diagram having a plurality of nodes, each node specifying a respective primary operation or specifying a plurality of secondary operations to clean a respective data set. The data pane includes a plurality of data values in rows and columns. The data values correspond to a selected node in the data flow pane. A first user input selects a first data value in a first column and receives a second user input to edit a second data value in a second column according to one or more predefined conditions. The method then highlights the second column. When the predefined conditions are met, the method changes the second data value to a replacement data value.

Disclosed are various embodiments for presenting content items that are related to media items that are currently being consumed by a user. A media item in a stream of media items being presented to a client is identified. A content item that is relevant to the media item is determined. An entry is added to the entries of a relevant content listing. The entry includes a link to the content item. The entries in the relevant content listing are arranged in a time-based sequence such that the at least one entry correlates to a sequence of playback in the client of a plurality of media files. The relevant content listing is updated in a user interface that is being presented to the user.

Disclosed are various embodiments for presenting content items that are related to media items that are currently being consumed by a user. A media item in a stream of media items being presented to a user is identified. A content item that is relevant to the media item is determined. An entry is added to the entries of a relevant content listing. The entry includes a link to the content item. The entries in the relevant content listing are chronologically correlated to the stream that is being presented to the user. The relevant content listing is updated in a user interface that is being presented to the user.
