An energy dissipating damper includes a first end portion configured to be coupled to a first structure, a second end portion, opposite the first end portion, configured to contact a second structure, and a body portion extending from the first end portion to the second end portion. The body portion includes a plurality leaves. The plurality of leaves may be fixed together at the first end portion and may be separable from each other at the second end portion. In response to the energy dissipating damper being in a loaded state, the plurality of leaves may be in direct contact with each at the second end portion. The energy dissipating damper may further include a contact element coupled to the second end portion, and the contact element may comprise an abradable material.

A cable conduit for a bypass flow duct may comprise a head end, a sleeve, a foot end, a boot, and a split grommet wherein the head end is coupled to the sleeve opposite the foot end, wherein the foot end comprises a flared portion, wherein the boot comprises a first flange and a neck, wherein the boot is configured to couple at the neck to the flared portion of the foot end, wherein the head end comprises a second flange and a cutout penetrating into an interior volume of the sleeve, and wherein the split grommet is coupled within the interior volume of the sleeve.

A seal assembly for a fluid transfer tube in a gas turbine engine is disclosed. In various embodiments, the seal assembly includes a base member having a first side configured to mate with a casing and a second side opposite the first side, an annular ring configured to mate with the second side of the base member and to surround a portion of the fluid transfer tube, a first O-ring disposed between the annular ring and the fluid transfer tube, a second O-ring disposed between the base member and the annular ring, and an attachment ring configured to secure the annular ring and the base member to the casing.

Sealing configuration to reduce air leakage

A seal assembly for a fluid transfer tube in a gas turbine engine is disclosed. In various embodiments, the seal assembly includes a base member having a first side configured to mate with a casing and a second side opposite the first side, a housing configured to mate with the second side of the base member and to surround a portion of the fluid transfer tube, a bellows surrounding the fluid transfer tube and positioned between the housing and the casing, and a wear ring disposed between the housing and the bellows.

A cable conduit may comprise a head end, a sleeve having a foot end, a boot, and a split grommet having a first upper surface, wherein the head end is coupled to the sleeve opposite the foot end, wherein the boot comprises a first flange and is coupled to the foot end, wherein the head end comprises a second flange having a second upper surface and a cutout penetrating into an interior volume of the sleeve, and wherein the split grommet is coupled about the inner diameter of the cutout.

Igniter cable conduit for gas turbine engine

An exemplary elevator system includes a first controller configured to recognize a hall call signal that indicates a passenger's desire to board an elevator car at a particular landing. The first controller is associated with at least one elevator car for assigning a hall call request to that elevator car. A second controller is configured to recognize a destination request that indicates a passenger's desire to be carried to a particular level. The destination request originates outside of an elevator car. The second controller is associated with at least one elevator car for assigning a destination request to that elevator car. The second controller is configured to determine whether a selected condition will be satisfied if a received destination request is serviced by an elevator car associated with the second controller. The second controller handles the received destination request in that manner if the condition will be satisfied. A cross dispatcher is configured to communicate with the second controller and to handle the destination request. If the condition will not be satisfied, the cross dispatcher provides an indication of a hall call signal corresponding to the received destination request to the first controller.
