A method, system, and computer program product for measuring and assessing an organization's business adaptability is provided. In one embodiment, a taxonomy comprising a hierarchical list of taxonomy indicators that captures organizational elements that can be used to measure an organization's responsiveness to change is created. The taxonomy indicators are industry specific. A set of weights associated with the elements of the taxonomy, indicating a relevant contribution of each element to an overall adaptability of an organization, is assigned. The set of weights are industry specific. An enterprise profile is created assigning a level of adaptability to each taxonomy indicator indicating where, in a range of scores from low to high, an enterprise rates relative to the relevant taxonomy indicator. An adaptability result of the organization from the weights, taxonomy, and enterprise profile is then calculated. The adaptability result provides a quantitative assessment of the organization's adaptability.

Processing performance data includes receiving performance data comprising quantitative data gathered according to at least one metric. The quantitative data is evaluated according to the at least one metric to generate at least one quantitative data rating. Performance data comprising client data gathered from a client is received and evaluated to generate at least one client data rating. Performance data comprising provider data gathered from a provider is received and evaluated to generate at least one provider data rating. The at least one quantitative data rating, the at least one client data rating, and the at least one provider data rating are reported.

A method and system for integrating disparate information technology applications and platforms across an enterprise provides a web client interface that associates with an enterprise network. Connecting with the web client through the network is the Hyper-Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP) server that includes a Common Gateway Interface (CGI) interface program for augmenting the integration of the disparate applications and platforms via remote and local applications execution. The HTTP server is specific to the particular enterprise for specifically dealing with application servers and information servers and further for collecting information and gathering it together into a form that is then displayed on the web client.
