The instant disclosure provides an organometallic compound of Formula I: wherein R is selected from —Calkyl or —C(O)Calkyl; Ris selected from —Calkyl, —C(O)Calkyl, —C(O)CalkylNRRCl, —C(O)CalkylN(CO)R, —CalkylNRRCl—, or —CalkylN(CO)R, wherein R, and Ris independently selected from H, Caryl, Calkyl, Caryl, or Calkyl; R, and Rcan be taken together to form a monocyclic 6-8 membered ring; M is selected from Group VI-B metals; and m and n is independently 1 to 3. A process for obtaining the organometallic compound is also provided.

Organometallic compound for hydrocarbon cracking

The present disclosure relates to a corrosion inhibitor formulation comprising: a) at least one quaternary ammonium salt; b) at least one fatty acid methyl ester; c) at least one viscosity reducing agent; and d) at least one solubilizing agent, wherein the at least one quaternary ammonium salt to the at least one fatty acid methyl ester weight ratio is in the range of 1:0.2-1:5.0. The instant disclosure further relates to the process of preparation of the corrosion inhibitor formulation.

The present disclosure provides a bis-quaternary ammonium salt of Formula I wherein A is selected from O, NH, S, C(O), C(NH) or C(S); Rand Rare independently selected from Calkyl or H; Ris Calkyl, Caralkyl or Callyl; Xis selected from chloro, bromo, iodo, hydroxide, nitrate or sulphate; and n and m are independently 1 to 6. Furthermore, a corrosion inhibition formulation comprising said bis-quaternary ammonium salt is revealed. Also, convenient processes for the preparation of the salt of Formula I and the formulation are provided.

The instant disclosure provides a process for synthesis of compound of Formula:X-M-Y,wherein Mis a transition metal ion and X and Y are carboxylate anions. The catalysts are hydrocarbon soluble and the process for their preparation, as disclosed herein, constitutes an elegant method for the preparation of such catalysts.

Process for the preparation of hydrocarbon soluble organometallic catalysts

The present disclosure describes an additive composition comprising: (a) an organometallic compound; (b) a nitrogen-containing compound; (c) an aryl peroxide; and (d) at least one solvent, wherein the organometallic compound to the nitrogen-containing compound to the aryl peroxide weight ratio is in a range of 7:0.5:0.5-9:1.5:1.5. The addition of additive composition not only synergistically improves the properties of the at least one fuel, such as, LPG for use as torch gas for cutting and welding application, but also reduces the consumption of both fuel and oxygen for cutting applications. The present disclosure is also directed towards a process for preparation of the fuel composition.

A catalyst is provided having: (a) at least one multimetallic salt; and (b) at least one organic acid, wherein the at least one multimetallic salt to the at least one organic acid weight ratio is in the range of 1:0.01-1:0.5.
