Methods further include receiving measurement data comprising data values representing measurements of neural activity of at least one user, and generating an estimated sleep age of the at least one user based, at least in part, on the at least one sleep model and the received measurement data. Methods also include generating a plurality of stimulation parameters based, at least in part, on the estimated sleep age, the plurality of stimulation parameters being configured to modify the estimated sleep age of the at least one user.

Methods include receiving, via a user interface, a plurality of input parameters associated with a sleep profile of a user, the plurality of input parameters representing at least one sleep profile target, generating, using one or more processors of a processing device, a plurality of sleep parameters based, at least in part, on the received plurality of input parameters, the plurality of sleep parameters representing one or more changes to one or more biomarkers of the user, and generating, using one or more processors of the processing device, a plurality of stimulation parameters based, at least in part, on the plurality of sleep parameters, the plurality of stimulation parameters representing stimuli configured to implement the identified changes for each of the identified biomarkers of the user's sleep profile.

Methods further include generating, using one or more processors, a plurality of quality assessment metrics based on the received measurement data, the plurality of quality assessment metrics being generated based, at least in part, on a comparison of the plurality of measurements of biological parameters before and after the sleep intervention, and generating a report based, at least in part, on the plurality of quality assessment metrics.

Systems include a processing device comprising one or more processors configured to generate a sleep state model associated with the user, the sleep state model identifying characteristics of a plurality of sleep stages, and further identifying characteristics of transitions between the plurality of sleep stages. Systems include a controller comprising one or more processors configured to generate a control signal based on the sleep state model and the plurality of measurements.
