A planet carrier assembly includes a shaft and a planet carrier with a first carrier side plate. The shaft includes an axially aligned axis of rotation, a guide surface, and an axial stop axially adjacent to the guide surface. The first carrier side plate is materially bonded to the shaft at a first joining zone formed axially between the axial stop and the first carrier side plate. The first carrier side plate has a holder radially supported on the guide surface and centered on the axis of rotation. The guide surface may run in a circumferential direction around the axis of rotation. The guide surface may have at least a section of an external cylindrical surface.

Planet carrier assembly

A transmission device includes an axis of rotation defining an axial direction, a supporting component, and an oil collector. The supporting component includes connecting holes and oil inlets. The oil collector includes a support plate, a channel connected to the support plate, oil guiding nozzles plugged axially into the oil inlets, fastening elements for holding the oil collector on the supporting component, and platforms disposed on a side of the fastening elements facing away from the supporting component. The channel runs around the axis of rotation and includes an outer contour. The fastening elements are at least partially fixedly engaged with the connecting holes. The platforms project radially from the oil collector radially beyond the outer contour. Each platform includes a planar surface and a projection. The projection projects out of the planar surface and axially beyond the platform.

An integrated planetary gearing system includes a reduction gear and a spur gear differential. First planets are arranged in a first planet plane. Second planets are arranged in a second planet plane. A planetary carrier includes a first carrier wall section, a second carrier wall section, and a third carrier wall section. The first and the second carrier wall section are spaced apart from one another axially and are formed by a base part. The third carrier wall section is formed by a cover element which is attached to the base part. The second carrier wall section carries a plurality of pockets, each receiving a planet of the second toothing plane. The cover element is attached to cover seat faces of the pocket bottoms, which cover seat faces in each case face away from the pocket interior.

A planetary differential device includes first and second sun gears coaxially arranged in relation to each other and defining a main axis. First and second planetary gears mesh with the first and second sun gears and mesh with each other in pairs. A planet carrier has two side disks, and the planetary gears are rotatably arranged in the planet carrier. A coupling gear is arranged coaxially to the main axis and is rigidly connected to the planet carrier. The side disks are respectively connected to the coupling gear in a material fit and form a receiving housing with a housing inner space, at least one of the side disks includes an assembly opening through which the planetary gears and the sun gears can be inserted into the inner space of the housing.

Planetary differential device and method for producing a planetary differential device

A centrifugal clutch is disclosed. The clutch may include an inner rotating element whose outer periphery includes a plurality of ramps and at least one centrifugal weight device surrounding the inner rotating element, which includes a plurality of peripherally distributed centrifugal weights and whose inner periphery includes a plurality of counter ramps for forming a positive frictional engagement with the ramps of the inner rotating element. It may further include an outer rotating element surrounding the at least one centrifugal weight device, wherein the centrifugal weights can be pressed outwards through a friction lining against an inner periphery of the outer rotating element in opposition to the action of a spring arrangement. The centrifugal weight device may be generally formed by an annular plate structure including at least one plate element, wherein the plate structure includes a plurality of peripherally distributed peripheral sections that form the centrifugal weights.

Centrifugal clutch

The invention relates to a coupling device for a drive train of a motorcycle or other motor vehicle, in particular for suppressing a so-called hopping. According to the invention, the coupling device has an output rotation part, a switchable friction coupling, which has an energy storage device for closing thereof and which is closed in an unactuated state, and at least one freewheel coupling for forming a torque transmission path for torque transmission from the input rotating part to the output rotating part, wherein the freewheel coupling includes the following components: an inner rotating element, the outer circumference of which forms a sawtooth-shaped circumferential structure having a plurality of circumferentially extending ramps; a substantially annular plate structure having an individual plate element or a stack of a plurality of plate elements, the inner circumference of which forms a sawtooth-shaped circumferential structure having a plurality of circumferentially extending counter-ramps to form an interlock and/or a friction lock together with the ramps of the inner rotating element in a rotation direction; and an outer rotating element surrounding the plate structure. The invention further relates to a corresponding drive train having such a coupling device.

A clutch () with an inner ring () arranged about an axis of rotation (d) and an outer ring () arranged coaxially in reference thereto, as well as an elastic clamping ring () arranged between them and radially limited thereby, with the inner ring () and the clamping ring () resting on each other via a ramp device (), arranged bi-directionally effective in the circumferential direction, and clamping segments () pointing radially outwardly and arranged distributed in the circumferential direction, form in case of a radial displacement of the clamping ring () forming with the outer ring () a clamping connection in at least one circumferential direction. Clutch

A friction clutch () with an inner ring () arranged about a rotary axis (d) and an outer ring () arranged coaxially in reference thereto, as well as an elastic intermediate ring () arranged between these two in a radially limited fashion, with the inner ring () and the intermediate ring () resting on each other via a ramp arrangement () arranged and acting bi-directionally in the circumferential direction. In order to embody the clutch () easily and cost-effectively, segments () pointing radially outwardly and arranged distributed over the perimeter form in connection with a radial displacement of the intermediate rings () relative to the outer ring () a positive connection () in the circumferential direction with the radial displacement of the intermediate ring () being provided with a ramp arrangement () effective in the axial direction and switched by an axial displacement of the inner ring () in reference to the intermediate ring ().

The invention relates to a cycloidal planetary gear speed reducer having a central shaft, comprising at least one ring gear disposed so as to be rigidly mounted in a housing, a set of planet gears in mesh with the ring gear, a rotatably supported planet gear carrier, on which the planet gears are mounted, and a plurality of drive plates arranged axially one behind the other in order to drive the planet gears, wherein the drive plates are mounted eccentrically on the central shaft in order to execute a circular translation movement, wherein at any given time during execution of a circular translation movement, the drive plates are in engagement with at least two planet gears.

The planetary arrangement comprises multiple revolving planets which as such are able to rotate about planetary axes which are oriented parallel to the gear axle.
