A single-piece component for a magnetic actuator, in particular for fuel injection, including an internal pole, a magnetic sleeve, and a non-magnetic separating sleeve, the internal pole, the magnetic sleeve and the separating sleeve being integrated into the single-piece component. A method for manufacturing a single-piece component for an magnetic actuator with the aid of a two-component powder injection molding method.

Component for a magnetic actuator as well as a method for its manufacture

A solenoid armature for a solenoid actuator, including at least one magnetic region and at least one non-magnetic region, the solenoid armature being configured as a one-piece component having a first and second armature end face, the magnetic and non-magnetic regions being integrally bonded to each other by a two-component powder injection molding technique, and the magnetic region and the non-magnetic region extending in the axial direction at least as far as the first armature end face.

A device is described for injecting fuel, which includes a valve body, an outwardly opening valve needle, which is disposed in the valve body in a pressure chamber filled with fuel, to which pressurized fuel is supplied; a restoring element, which returns the valve needle to an original position; an electromagnetic actuator, which is disposed in an actuator chamber for actuating the valve needle; and a diaphragm, which is disposed in the actuator chamber and subdivides the actuator chamber into a first, fuel-filled region and a second, fuel-free region in fluid-tight manner, and which subdivides the valve needle into an injection-side portion and an actuator-side portion, the injection-side portion of the valve needle including a pressure-compensation plunger, which separates the pressure chamber from the first, fuel-filled region of the actuator chamber, the actuator being disposed in the second, fuel-free region.

A piston accumulator, having a pressure vessel; a cylinder, which is situated within the pressure vessel; an interspace formed between the pressure vessel and the cylinder; and a separating piston, which is provided movably in the cylinder; in which a hydraulic fluid acts upon on a first side of a separating piston, and a gas acts upon a second side of the separating piston; and in which the gas is in fluidic connection to the interspace and the hydraulic fluid is in fluidic connection to a connection on the cylinder.

Piston accumulator

An impulse turbocharger for an internal combustion engine. The impulse turbocharger is adapted to be used for controlling the air flow of an air supply conduit on the intake side of an internal combustion engine. The impulse turbocharger has a rotary valve which is connected by an elastic coupling to a rotary actuator.

Supercharger installation with load control for internal combustion engines

A device for controlling gas-exchange valves of an internal combustion engine is provided, which device has hydraulic valve actuators each allocated to one gas-exchange valve. Each valve actuator has an actuating piston acting on the gas-exchange valve, and two hydraulic working chambers delimited by the actuating piston, of which the first working chamber acting upon the gas-exchange valve in the closing direction is constantly filled with fluid under pressure, and the second working chamber acting upon the gas-exchange valve in the opening direction is able to be alternately filled with fluid under pressure and relieved via two electric control valves. For the purpose of cost reduction, provided for each valve-actuator pair is a single first electric control valve that is acted upon with the fluid pressure on the intake side, and is connected on the outlet side to the second working chamber of one valve actuator. The second working chamber of the other valve actuator is filled with fluid with the aid of a switchover valve and the fluid pressure in the second working chamber of the one valve actuator.

Device for the control of gas exchange valves

A device is indicated for controlling at least one gas exchange valve for an combustion cylinder of an internal combustion engine, having an hydraulic actuator for valve actuation and having a high-pressure pump that supplies the actuator with a pressure medium. In order to reduce the production costs, the high-pressure pump is formed as a control-sleeve pump having a stroke-driven pump plunger that limits a pump chamber, and having a spool valve surrounding this plunger. In the pump plunger and spool valve, on the one hand a control groove that runs obliquely to the stroke direction is provided, and on the other hand a spill opening that cooperates therewith is provided, which together bring about a relief of pressure of the pump chamber when they overlap. For the controlling of the phase position and duration of the valve actuation, the pump plunger and the spool valve are able to be rotated relative to one another, and the spool valve is able to be displaced relative to the pump plunger.

Device for the control of at least one gas exchange valve

A cylinder-piston drive, e.g., an hydraulically controlled actuator for actuating a gas-exchange valve of an internal combustion engine, has an operating piston that is displaceable inside a cylinder and delimits pressure chambers by piston sides facing away from one another. The operating piston has a multipart design and is made up of at least two partial pistons that are placed inside one another, are displaceable relative to each other and strike against one another at stop faces. One pressure chamber is delimited by all, and the other pressure chamber is delimited by only a part, of the partial pistons and the sliding paths of the partial pistons not delimiting the other pressure chamber may be reduced compared to the overall sliding path of the operating piston. At least one stop face, arranged on the cylinder, may be provided against which a stop face of one of the partial pistons strikes after traveling the reduced sliding path. At least some of the stop faces associated with each other may be designed as conical surfaces that in each case form a conical seat when struck. In this manner, the leakage volume flow may be reduced by the operating piston.
