A bushing is disclosed for use with a grinding abrasive flap wheel of the type employing circular end caps mounted on opposite sides of an annular array of abrasive leaves, wherein bases of the leaves are interconnected by an adhesive and have two notches in their opposite side edges near each base end of each leaf such that the notches form concentric circular depressions on opposite sides of the array and each end cap has an outer rim portion and an arcuate lip inwardly extending therefrom which engages the circular depressions formed by the notches thereby mechanically gripping the ends of the abrasive leaves.

Service poles having improved structures, namely: extruded aluminum frame with special slots to removably retain covers and to mount receptacle retainers; pole hanger adapted for use with various sizes of poles and also adaptable to secure pole to a ceiling panel T-bar suspension system or alternatively to a floor supported suspension rod; base adapting pole for use on tile or carpet; ceiling tile trim plate adaptable for use with various sizes of poles and for use regardless of the point where the pole passes thru the ceiling panel; retainers for supporting single and duplex receptacles.

A file-cabinet anti-tip device allows only one drawer to be withdrawn from a cabinet at a time. The device maintains cabinet-mounted drawer latches in drawer-unlocked positions when all of the drawers in the cabinet are closed, but moves the latches of the remaining drawers to drawer-locked positions in response to any one of the drawers being withdrawn from the cabinet. An actuating means includes a cabinet-mounted movable lock rod which is linked to the drawer latches, drawer-mounted cams and cabinet-mounted movable levers to move the lock rod in response to movement of the cams. The device of this invention can be easily integrated with conventional push-button-type file-cabinet locking mechanisms as well as combination-type locking mechanisms.
