A fluid supply assembly. The fluid supply assembly includes a disposable cup and lid, and a reusable cup holder and outer lid.

Fluid supply assembly

A dispensing system for a plural component mixture including a first operator held container and separate flexible containers placed within the first container. Conduits coupled between the second containers and a dispensing device. The dispensing device includes a passageway and a valve for each respective component. An actuator controls the valves. A second valve is coupled in the conduits between the components' sources and the dispensing device. The second valve includes an inlet port for each component, an equal number of outlet ports, and an inlet port for flushing the plural components from at least portions of their respective conduits. The second valve has a first state where each inlet port is coupled to an outlet port and a second state where the inlet port for flushing material from the conduits and the mixed plural components is coupled to the outlet ports.

Two-component spray gun with solvent flush/blend

A dispensing system for plural components mixture including second containers placed within a first container. The first container is held by an operator during dispensing. Separate conduits are coupled between the containers and the dispensing device and include passageways for the passage of each respective component. Each passageway includes an actuator controlled valve. A second valve coupled in the conduits between the respective components' sources and includes an inlet port for each component, an equal number of outlet ports, and an inlet port for a material for flushing the plural components from respective conduits and the mixed plural components. The second valve has a first state in which each respective inlet port is coupled to an outlet port. The second valve also has a second state in which the inlet port for flushing the plural components from the respective conduits and the mixed plural components is coupled to the outlet ports.

An antistatic reusable cup holder and fluid supply assembly. One or more of the reusable cup holder, disposable cup, disposable lid, or reusable outer lid is made of an antistatic material. In use, the chargeable particles in a coating mixture do not stick to the disposable cup so that uniformity of the coating mixture is maintained while it is dispensed. A method of maintaining the uniformity of a coating mixture during dispensing is also described.

Antistatic paint cup

A conversion adapter for connecting a fluid supply assembly to a fluid applicator. The conversion adapter provides a connection between the fluid supply assembly and the fluid applicator. The conversion adapter has a first end and a second end, and a bore between the first end and the second end. The first end has a complementary connecting surface mating with the connecting surface on the fluid supply assembly. The second end has a complementary connector in the bore, and a top and bottom. The complementary connector is selected from complementary grooves or complementary projections, and mates with the connector on the adapter of the fluid applicator.

Conversion adapter for a fluid supply assembly

A flexible, disposable cup for use in a fluid supply assembly. The disposable cup is made of an antistatic material whereby chargeable particles in a coating mixture do not stick to the disposable cup so that uniformity of the coating mixture is maintained while it is dispensed. A method of maintaining the uniformity of a coating mixture during dispensing is also described.

A flexible, disposable liner for use in a fluid supply assembly. The disposable liner is made of an antistatic material. In use, the chargeable particles in a coating mixture do not stick to the disposable liner so that uniformity of the coating mixture is maintained while it is dispensed. A method of maintaining the uniformity of a coating mixture during dispensing is also described.

An adapter assembly for connecting a fluid supply assembly to a fluid applicator. The adapter provides a connection between the fluid supply assembly and the fluid applicator that can be engaged quickly, easily, and securely, and which has a strong tight seal around the connection.

Adapter assembly for a fluid supply assembly

A plural component pumping apparatus including a piston and cylinder for each component to be pumped. Reciprocation of the piston in the cylinder draws the component into the cylinder during an intake stroke of the pumping apparatus and exhausts the material from the cylinder during an exhaust stroke of the pumping apparatus. Intake and exhaust valves are provided into the cylinder. Each of the intake and exhaust valve includes a housing oriented outside the cylinder to facilitate repair or replacement of the valves. A pumping motor on each side of the cylinder is coupled to a support and to the piston to move the support and piston relatively toward each other during the exhaust stroke and relatively away from each other during the intake stroke. A position indicator is coupled to the pumping motor. The pumping motor controls sense the position of the position indicator.

A fluid supply assembly. The fluid supply assembly includes a disposable cup and lid, and a reusable shell and outer lid. A flexible, disposable cup, a reusable shell, and a method of preparing a fluid supply assembly for use with a fluid supply applicator are also described.

An adapter assembly for connecting a fluid supply assembly to a fluid applicator. The adapter assembly includes an outer lid for the fluid supply assembly and an adapter.
