A filter apparatus () has a plurality of filter elements () in a filter housing () having a filter inlet () for a fluid to be filtered and a filter outlet () for the filtered fluid. A pressure control device () has at least one control plate () located inside a connection chamber (). The control plate laterally passes over individual upper element openings () of the filter element to be backwashed (), in a predefinable sequence, covering the opening to an increasing degree and then exposing the opening again. A discharge opening () of the backwash device () is, at least in part, fluidically connected to a lower element opening () of the filter element () to be backwashed, as the pressure control device () moves towards the upper element opening ().

Filter apparatus

A filter device for fluids has a filter housing (), in which element receptacles () for a plurality of filter elements () are provided. The filter medium () of the filter elements () separates in the filter housing () a dirt side () from a clean side (). The filter housing () can be opened for inserting and removing the filter elements (). For the filter elements (), a support basket () is provided, which can be inserted into the filter housing () and removed from the filter housing () and to which the filter elements () can be detachably fixed. The filter elements () have, in addition to the filter medium () for particle filtration, an adsorption medium ().

Filter device for fluids

A device for treating fluid, in particular a filter device, has first and second tubular elements (), () forming an element assembly (). One element () is accommodated in the other element () forming a flow chamber () between the two elements (), with a first element () arranged in the direction of the inflow side () of a fluid to be treated and a second element () arranged in the direction of the outflow side () of the treated fluid in the element assembly (). During the fluid treatment, the flow is routed through both elements () in succession from the direction of the inflow side () towards the outflow side (). In a joint viewing direction (P), the first element () facing the inflow side () at least partially has a uniform or non-uniform contour and the second element () facing the outflow side () at least partially has a non-uniform or uniform contour.

Device for treating fluid

A filtering apparatus has filtering elements () in a filter housing (), a filter inlet () and a filter outlet (). During filtration, one of the filter elements () can be back-flushed by a back-flushing device (), having a pressure control device (). The pressure control device has a hydraulic accumulator (), with a fluid chamber () fillable during filtration with clean fluid and connectable for back-flushing via a back-flushing guide () to the clean side () of the filtering element () to be cleaned. For back-flushing, a further fluid chamber () of the hydraulic accumulator () is subjected to gas pressure. By resultant movement of a separator () of the hydraulic accumulator (), the filling amount of the clean fluid is dispensed for the back-flushing.

Filtering apparatus

A filter apparatus has a plurality of filter elements () accommodated in a filter housing () with a filter inlet () and a filter outlet (). During the operation one of the filter elements () can be backflushed by a backflushing device. The backflushing device includes a pressure control () to support the backflushing. Each filter elements () is accommodated in an element housing (). The element housings () with the filter elements () performing the filtration process are connected to the fluid outlet () by their one open ends () in a fluid conducting manner. The element housing () of the filter element () being backflushed is exclusively connected with its open end () to the pressure control device ().

A filter device includes at least one filter housing () in which at least one filter element () is arranged. Inside the filter housing (), the filter element separates a clean side () from an untreated side (). On the clean side () of the filter housing () at least one storage unit () having at least one movable separating element () is connected. The separating element divides the storage unit () into two working chambers or pressure chambers () ().

Filter device

A filtering apparatus has a plurality of filtering elements () in a filter housing (), a filter inlet () and a filter outlet (). During the filtration operation, one of the filtering elements () can be back-flushed by a back-flushing device (). The back-flushing device has a pressure control device () including a hydraulic accumulator (). One accumulator fluid chamber () can be filled during the filtration operation with a quantity of filtered fluid and can be connected for a back-flushing operation via a back-flushing guide () to the clean side () of the filtering clement () to be cleaned. Another accumulator fluid chamber () can be subjected to a media pressure.

A filter device has filter elements () received in a filter housing () with a filter inlet () and a filter outlet (). Flow passes through the filter elements () for a filtration or backwash in both directions. At least one filter element () performs the filtration. At least one other filter element (), for cleaning off its active filter surface, can be backwashed by a backwash appliance. For supporting the backwashing, the appliance contains a pressure control () having a pressure control element (). During a backwash operation, the fluid flow is controllable in a fluid connection between filter inlet () and the filter element () that is to be cleaned off. The fluid connection has a connection space () having element openings (), each of which can be connected to an open end of the filter cavity forming the unfiltered side of each filter element (). A fluid pathway () is provided via which, during the filtration, unfiltrate flows into the connection space (). By the pressure control element (), the flow of unfiltrate through the element opening () associated with the filter element () that is to be cleaned off can be controlled.

A separating device for separating a multiphase medium includes a cyclone separating device () that provokes an at least partial distribution of at least two phases of the medium with the formation of a vortex flow for the medium. Each phase having a lower density compared to the other phase is separated from the other phase and can be guided out of the separating device by a collecting device ().

A filter device for fluids, in particular for low viscosity fluids such as water, includes a filter housing () in which element holders () are provided for a plurality of filter elements (). Filter medium () of each filter element in the filter housing () separates an unfiltered side () from a clean side (). The filter housing () can be opened for inserting and removing the filter elements (). A carrier in the form of a basket () is provided for the filter elements (). The basket can be inserted into and removed from the filter housing (). The filter elements () can be releasably secured at the basket.

A filter device operating method involves a plurality of filter elements () received in a filter housing having a filter inlet for a fluid to be filtered and a filter outlet for the filtered fluid. Flow through the filter elements () is possible in both directions for filtration or backwashing. Because the shut-off element () is a fast-closing plate valve () actuated by a hydraulic piston () and blocks the fluid connection so quickly, a feeding effect is created in the manner of a pressure blow on the backwashed filter element (). The feeding effect increases the cleaning of pollution on the filter element (), achieving an improved backwashing cleaning.

Filter device operating method

A filter device for the insertion of filter elements () to be positioned in a filter housing () having a filter inlet () and a filter outlet () for the fluid to be filtered. The filter elements () are traversed in both directions for filtration or backwashing. Certain filter elements () perform the filtration in a filtration position and at least one additional filter element () can be backwashed in a backwashing position to clean its active filtration surface. As the individual filter elements () are brought into the backwashing position and are then returned to their filtration position in succession by a pivoting device (), the filter elements are individually displaced into the backwashing position in a temporal sequence, in contrast to prior art, where an arm-type backwashing device is pivoted towards the individual filter elements to carry out the backwashing process.

In the housing of the function block, fluid-conducting paths extend and are connected to valve components () at least partially. A filter device is an at least partially integrated constituent part of the function block of the fluid system. The filter device () with its filter housing () can be connected to the function block () such that at least one filter element () is received in the installation space () of the function block.

Fluid system

A filter apparatus deposits impurities from a fluid stream by use of a filter element () accommodated in a filter casing (). The filter casing () has a swirl space () such that the fluid stream to be filtered is conducted at least partly in a swirling flow around the filter element (). The properties of a cyclone are utilized for the actual filtration operation to the extent that the swirl space of the filter casing brings about multiple deflection of the direction of motion of the fluid to be filtered.
