A lubricant injector includes a lubricant inlet, a lubricant outlet, a control piston and a metering piston. The control piston is configured to conduct lubricant from the lubricant inlet to the metering piston, and the metering piston is configured to pump the lubricant provided by the control piston to the at least one lubricant outlet. The metering piston includes a first metering chamber and a second metering chamber that are each connected to the at least one lubricant outlet. The lubricant injector further includes first and second lubricant channels, and in a first switching state of the control piston the lubricant inlet is connected via the first control space to the first lubricant channel and the second metering chamber, and in a second switching state the lubricant inlet is connected via the second control space to the second lubricant channel and the first metering chamber.

Lubricant injector

Fuel gas (G) is supplied via a pipe to a pre-combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. The pre-combustion chamber is formed inside a chamber body which is received in a cavity of the engine body, while the pipe is received in a passageway of the engine body which communicates with the cavity. A seal which may be made from an elastomer comprises a wall defining an interior space opening through the wall at first, second and third openings. A first portion of the wall defining the first and second openings is arranged in the cavity so that the chamber body can be inserted through the openings into the interior space of the seal, while a second portion of the wall comprising the third opening is received in the passageway so that the pipe can be inserted into the interior space of the seal via the third opening. The pipe is sealed in fluid communication with the pre-combustion chamber via an inlet in the chamber body by sealing regions of the seal.

Seal and method for a fuel gas supply to a pre-combustion chamber

An ignition device with a pre-combustion chamber for an internal combustion engine is disclosed. The internal combustion engine may have a plurality of cylinders. Each cylinder may define a main combustion chamber. The ignition device may have a first pre-combustion chamber part configured to at least partially accommodate a spark plug. The ignition device may also have a second pre-combustion chamber part defining at least a portion of the pre-combustion chamber. The second pre-combustion chamber part may include at least one orifice configured to be fluidly connected to the main combustion chamber. The second pre-combustion chamber part may be detachably mountable to the first pre-combustion chamber part, such that the first and second pre-combustion chamber parts are axially secured to one another and rotatable with respect to one another.

Ignition device with pre-combustion chamber

A lubricating system for supplying at least one lubricating point with lubricant is described. The lubricating system is equipped with at least one feed device and at least one line extending between this feed device and a lubricating point. In order to very easily and effectively monitor and indicate the severance of a lubricant line, an electrical connection is respectively provided on the feed device and the lubricating point. An electric conductor extending between the two connections is assigned to the line. A monitoring device is assigned to the line in such a way that it generates a signal when the electric conductor is interrupted. The invention furthermore pertains to a vehicle, particularly a construction machine, which is equipped with such a lubricating system.

The invention relates to a bearing arrangement with an outer ring and an inner ring that can rotate relative to one another, and rolling bodies, especially balls, which are located between the outer ring and the inner ring. The invention also relates to an infeed distributor and a suction exhaust device for incorporation in such a bearing arrangement.

A lubricant distributor comprising a progressive distributor and a single-line metering valve is disclosed. An outlet of the single-line metering valve is in fluidic connection, or can be brought into fluidic connection, with an inlet of the progressive distributor.

Lubricant distributor

The invention relates to an auxiliary lubrication unit for lubricant introduction devices. The unit comprises a base body (), in whose longitudinal bore () a control piston () is displaced axially by a spring () towards a seal () and also comprises lateral connections () of a chamber () that is delimited by the control piston () in the longitudinal bore (). The connections run from a lubricant pump and to an installation that is to be supplied with lubricant and allowing lubricant to be transported, in the sealing position of the control piston (), through the chamber () from the lubricant pump to the installation. If the pump fails, the control piston () can be displaced by remains of auxiliary lubricant from its sealing position, in opposition to the action of the spring (), into a position in which the connection () to the installation is open and the connection () to the lubricant pump is closed, enabling the installation to the filled with the auxiliary lubricant.

Auxiliary lubrication unit for lubricant introduction devices

A piston arrangement is disclosed for metering valves, flow-rate sensors or hydraulic motors. The piston arrangement comprises a housing, at least one recess in the housing, and a first piston sealed and movable in the at least one recess of the housing. A recess is provided in the first piston, and a flow passage extends through the first piston. A second piston is movable in the recess of the first piston. A sealing surface is provided on the second piston, and a valve seat is provided on the first piston against which the sealing surface on the second piston can be pressed in such a way that the second piston can be moved in the first piston between a position which opens the flow passage through the first piston and a position which shuts off the flow passage through the first piston.
