The invention relates to strut bearing with a cap and a guide ring which is mounted in a rotatable manner about a rotational axis (D) relative to the cap. An axial bearing is arranged between the cap and the guide ring, and the cap includes a soft component and a hard component. Furthermore, the soft component has at least two circumferential sealing lips which rest against the guide ring in a sliding manner in order to seal the axial bearing. According to the invention, the soft component is formed on a hard component end face oriented towards the guide ring, and a hard component end face oriented opposite the guide ring has a profile.

Strut bearing with a two-component cap

A suspension strut mount (), with a mount arranged between a guide ring () and a cap (). The guide ring () and the cap () are connected to each other by a snap-on connection () that has at least one torsion snap-fit hook () that is arranged via a holder () that can be torsionally bent on one of the guide ring () or the cap () and engages, in the assembled state, in an undercut () on the other of the guide ring () or the cap ().

Suspension strut mount

A spring strut bearing with a cap and with a guide ring which is mounted in a rotatable manner relative to the cap about a rotational axis (D), an axial bearing being arranged between the cap and the guide ring. The cap has a seal, and the cap is connected to the guide ring at an inner diameter of the cap by a snap-in connection. The cap has a first element of the snap-in connection, and the guide ring has a second element of the snap-in connection, said elements engaging into each other in a formfitting manner. The first element is designed as a two-component part, the soft component of which engages into the second element in a formfitting manner and the hard component of which forms a reinforcement of the soft component.

Spring strut bearing

A strut bearing including a cap () and a guide ring () rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation (D) relative to the cap () and including at least one seal, wherein a plain bearing () is disposed between the cap () and the guide ring (), and the plain bearing () is injection molded onto the guide ring ().

Strut bearing

A suspension strut bearing () having two assemblies (), which are counter-rotatable about a longitudinal axis (z) and centered with respect to each other, including two bearing rings (), which are each allocated to one assembly () and counter-rotatable when mounted, and a sealing device (). In order to decouple the sealing device () and the centering from each other with respect to the function thereof and still provide said parts cost-effectively, a single-piece, two-component element () is provided on one of the bearing rings (), which element centers the assemblies () one over the other by a first component having a greater stiffness than a second component and forms the sealing device () with the second component.

Suspension strut bearing

A suspension strut bearing including a guide ring arranged along a suspension strut axis, and a cap. The guide ring is configured for mounting a coil spring, and the cap is configured for supporting the suspension strut bearing on an undercarriage of an automotive vehicle. The guide ring includes a radial flange and further includes a guide nozzle adjoining the radial flange, the guide nozzle serving to guide said coil spring, the suspension strut bearing further including a thrust bearing arranged between the radial flange of the guide ring and the cap. The guide ring includes a reinforcement ring spray coated with a plastic, which reinforcement ring further includes a bushing section for reinforcing the guide nozzle and an integrally formed adjoining radial collar for reinforcing the radial flange, wherein the reinforcement ring is configured as a bearing part of the thrust bearing.

A suspension strut bearing includes a guide ring, a cap, and a thrust bearing for an axial mounting of the guide ring on the cap. The plastic guide ring is reinforced with a reinforcement ring including a radial flange, an axial guide nozzle adjoining the radial flange, a bushing section for reinforcing the guide nozzle and an integrally formed radial collar adjoining the guide nozzle for reinforcing the radial flange. A sliding seal is made out of a softer plastic and sprayed onto the radial flange of the guide ring, a sealing lip of the sliding seal being arranged around the guide ring and bearing against a peripheral surface of the cap, the radial collar of the reinforcement ring forming an integrally configured raceway of the thrust bearing. The radial collar includes recesses arranged spaced along a periphery of the radial collar, through which recesses the softer plastic penetrates.

A suspension strut bearing including a cap () and a guide ring () mounted for rotation relative to the cap () about an axis of rotation (D) and further including at least one seal (), a thrust bearing () being arranged between the cap () and the guide ring (). The cap () includes respective centering elements () on an inner diameter and on an outer diameter, which centering elements () enable an introduction of force into the cap ().

Spring strut bearing, which has an antifriction bearing that is arranged axially between an upper carrier part and a lower carrier part and a sealing ring. The upper carrier part has two upper rims, and the lower carrier part has two lower rims. The upper rims and the lower rims engage into one another with the result that a combined labyrinth and slip-ring seal is formed.
