A fluid cooling apparatus () includes at least one heat exchanger device for cooling at least one working or cooling fluid heated or used during the operation of movable machines (). The machine has an outer engine covering () to cover engine, motor or chassis parts and has a tank () containing the working and/or cooling fluid with a predeterminable wall outer contour (). At least parts of the wall outer contour () are pan of the engine covering ().

Fluid cooling apparatus

A filter device has at least one filter element () accommodated in a filter housing fluid-connected to a fluid tank (). The filter housing has at least one connection fitting () forming a fluid connection to the filter element (). The filter housing is formed by a filter bowl () molded into the tank (). The bowl bottom () has the connection fitting () associated with the element receiver.

Filter device

A filter device has a filter element () in a filter housing having a connection unit () forming a fluid connection to the filter element (). The connection unit () feeds fluid to be purified to the dirty side () of the filter element () and is a component of the element receiver mounting the filter element () in the functioning position. The connection unit () is a component of the filter housing. The valve arrangement () is movable such that by removing the filter element () from the filter housing, the valve arrangement () closes and by insertion of the filter element () into the filter housing, the valve arrangement () opens.
