A dosing pump, in particular a microdosing pump, has a pump chamber in which a fluid inlet is provided at a first valve seat and a fluid outlet is provided at a second valve seat. A control element is coupled to an actuator to move the control element in order to vary the pump chamber in terms of volume. The control element is movably mounted by means of a flexure hinge.

A dosing unit for dosing fluids includes a fluid guiding module having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a solenoid valve for controlling or regulating a fluid flow through the fluid guiding module, and a dosing tip, the fluid outlet of the fluid guiding module leading to the fluid inlet of the dosing tip, and the dosing tip having an elastic, self-closing outlet nozzle. A valve has a housing which has at least two fluid openings, through which fluid can flow, and a further opening, at least one valve seat which is assigned to one of the fluid openings, and at least one closure member which is adjustable to release and/or close the at least one valve seat, the at least one valve seat which adjoins a cavity through which fluid can flow being formed on a housing part. The valve includes a sensor device which closes the opening in a fluid-tight manner and can acquire data about the fluid is arranged in the further opening. A valve island is furthermore described.

A valve with an electrodynamic actuator includes a magnet device that generates a magnetic field and a drive element that is movable relative to the magnet device. The drive element is pivotally mounted and comprises a current-carrying air coil that is arranged in the magnetic field and is fixedly coupled to a coil carrier made of a non-magnetic material. Sealing surfaces for sealing valve seats are arranged on two opposite sides of the drive element, such that the sealing surfaces face in opposite directions. A housing is comprised of a plurality of plastic housing parts and a metallic encasement. The metallic encasement surrounds an upper area of the housing in which the electrodynamic actuator is arranged and at least partially surrounds a lower area of the housing in which fluid channels are arranged.

A valve includes an electrodynamic actuator which has a magnet arrangement for generating a magnetic field and a control element movable relative to the magnet arrangement. The control element includes an energizable coil which is arranged in the magnetic field and is firmly coupled to a coil carrier. The control element is movable between at least two defined positions. There are provided permanent-magnetically interacting holding force which retain the control element in at least one of the defined positions, even when the coil is currentless.

An electrodynamic actuator, in particular for a microvalve or a micropump, includes a magnet arrangement for generating a magnetic field and a control element movable relative to the magnet arrangement. The control element includes an energizable air-core coil () which is arranged in the magnetic field and firmly coupled to a coil carrier () made from a nonmagnetic material.

A film transducer has a holding part and an electroactive multilayer composite structure including at least two deformable carriers which are each coated on at least one side with a planar electrode. The multilayer composite structure has an elongated basic shape and being clamped on its shorter sides in a fixing section in the holding part while its longer sides are free, the electrodes of the multilayer composite structure being alternately connected at the ends clamped in the holding part to a contact element which is arranged in the fixing section.

A valve device includes a valve having an electrodynamic actuator. The electrodynamic actuator includes a movably mounted control element having a coil and a magnet arrangement immovable relative to the coil. A driving force caused by energization of the coil and transmitted to the control element substantially is linearly dependent on the current intensity. A front-end electronic unit is connected with the coil and includes a capacitor connected in parallel to the coil. A method for controlling a valve as mentioned above provides that, upon actuation of the electrodynamic actuator, during energization of the coil by a voltage source, a capacitor connected in parallel to the coil is charged. After termination of the energization by the voltage source, the coil is energized further by a discharge of the capacitor.

In a solenoid valve having a magnetic drive including a housing which is at least partly formed from an injection molding compound, the magnetic drive includes a magnet coil having a winding, a magnet yoke, and a movably mounted magnet armature which is arranged outside the magnet coil. The housing has a first section which encloses the magnet coil having the winding and the magnet yoke, and the housing has a second section which encloses at least most of the movably mounted magnet armature. Further proposed are a battery having a plurality of solenoid valves, a method of manufacturing a solenoid valve, and a mold.

A valve transport protection device for a valve comprises at least one valve connection surface with at least one fluid channel port, a preferably rectangular protection portion for covering the fluid channel port and elastic tabs which protrude from opposite ends of the protection portion and comprise a locking opening, for a form-locking engagement with protrusions protruding from the valve. The valve transport protection device is implemented without any adhesive on its side facing the valve.

A fluidic control element includes a housing having a fluid space formed between at least two housing parts. First and second flow channels may each have a sealing seat that opens into the fluid space. The fluidic control element may further include a two-armed lever which is configured to swivel in the fluid space. Each arm of the lever may be configured to open and close one of the flow channels in a corresponding end position. Additionally, a valve body may have a load-carrying core including a shaft mounted in the housing. The shaft may be rounded at least in the region in which it is embedded in a sealing ring that surrounds the lever arms.

A membrane valve comprising a first and a second valve housing part and a membrane clamped between the valve housing parts comprises a peripherally surrounding bead on the membrane and a thin, axially movable membrane portion adjacent thereto.
