To reduce secondary torques acting upon the valve element during operation, a connection is formed between the pivot arm and the valve element in or at least close to a center of gravity of an effective valve element body of the valve element.

According to the invention, the flexible element () is designed to be retained radially and axially by the valve element ().

According to the invention, the flexible element () is designed so as to be radially slidable in order to reduce adjustment forces.
