A stator of an electric machine has an annular stator lamination stack at which stator coils with coil ends are arranged by winding bodies and are interconnected with an interconnection device that has a plurality of connection conductors arranged coaxially to one another and which are electrically insulated from one another by insulating layers. The connection conductors have coil connection regions for the coil ends and power connection regions for supplying power to the electric machine (). The connection conductors are annular disks and are arranged in an axially staggered manner at the stator. Each connection conductor has at least one fastening portion for fastening to the stator and a winding body has at least one connection area. The fastening portions of the connection conductors are arranged to overlap one another, and the connection conductors are fastened along with them to the connection area of the winding body.

Presented is a winding arrangement for an electric machine that includes a laminated core that includes a yoke that includes a plurality of teeth each having flanks that form first wedge surfaces and a winding support area that has a trapezoidal cross-section. The arrangement further includes a coil winding, and a winding body configured to arrange the coil winding on one of the plurality of teeth. The coil winding has an inner area arranged opposite the first wedge surfaces and represents second wedge surfaces. The arrangement further includes a stop means disposed on the winding body and/or one of the plurality of teeth. The stop means is configured to limit movement of the winding body in a direction toward the yoke. The arrangement further includes a centering means configured to center the winding body on one of the plurality of teeth.

Winding arrangement for an electrical machine

A winding body for holding a winding of an electrical conductor to produce a coil for an electrical machine includes a winding area formed by a winding support and two sidepieces connected to the winding support. The sidepieces form the boundaries of the winding area and are connected to the winding support. Various measures are proposed for mounting a compact winding on the winding body, for arranging the winding body without play and in an operationally reliable manner on a tooth of an electrical machine, and for wiring several coils together in a space-saving manner by using the winding body.

A torsional vibration damper for a piston-equipped bridging clutch of a hydrodynamic clutch device includes a drive-side transmitting element for at least one damping unit, which is in working connection by way of a transmitting element on the power takeoff-side with a power takeoff component assigned to it, where at least one angle of rotation limiter is assigned to the damping unit. At least one projection is provided on one of the transmitting elements, this projection extending toward the other transmitting element and engaging in an assigned recess in the other transmitting element with predetermined play in the axial direction to form an angle of rotation limiter, where the recess is provided with an appropriate circumferential dimension for the projection to ensure the possibility of a predetermined relative deflection between the two transmitting elements.

Torsional vibration damper

A torsional vibration damper on the bridging clutch of a hydrodynamic clutch arrangement has a first connecting device, which can be brought into working connection with the clutch housing and with a drive-side transmission element. The drive-side transmission element is connected via first energy-storage devices to an intermediate transmission element. The torsional vibration damper also has a second connecting device for establishing a working connection via second energy-storage devices between the intermediate transmission element and a takeoff-side transmission element, which is connected to a takeoff-side component of the hydrodynamic clutch arrangement. The intermediate transmission element accepts a mass element, located operatively between the two connecting devices.

A bridging clutch is installed in a fluid medium-filled housing of a hydrodynamic coupling device located between a drive shaft and a transmission input shaft, the coupling device also containing a pump wheel and a turbine wheel. The bridging clutch is provided with a piston, which, when moved into a first axial position, brings at least one friction element into working connection with at least one friction surface, and when moved into a second axial position, at least partially releases this working connection, and with a torsional vibration damper, which is designed with at least one drive element and with at least one takeoff element, at least one of which has openings for circumferential springs and actuating areas for these springs. At least one of the takeoff elements acts a carrier element for the turbine wheel, which is held otherwise without radial support in the housing. At least one of these elements, namely, either the drive element or the takeoff element, has at least one radial area which is brought up in the axial direction essentially without play to the other one of the elements in question, which radial area serves as axial support for the positioning of the turbine wheel in this direction with respect to the housing of the coupling device.

Bridging clutch

A hydrodynamic clutch device for a hydrodynamic torque converter includes a turbine wheel for rotation about an axis of rotation. The turbine wheel is connected by a lockup clutch arrangement for transmitting torque to a housing arrangement. The turbine wheel includes a turbine wheel shell for housing turbine wheel blades. The turbine wheel shell is operably connected by a torsional vibration damper arrangement for transmitting torque. The torsional vibration damper arrangement includes a first transmission element coupled with the lockup clutch arrangement and the turbine wheel shell and includes a second transmission element coupled with the first transmission element for transmitting torque by means of a damper element arrangement; and wherein the first transmission element is supported at the housing arrangement in a first direction by a bearing arrangement.

Hydrodynamic clutch device

A hydraulic clutch has an impeller wheel, a turbine wheel with a turbine wheel shell, and a torsional vibration damper. The turbine wheel is drivable by the impeller wheel. The turbine wheel shell is mounted in an axial and radial sliding bearing so as to be rotatable with respect to a turbine wheel hub. The torsional vibration damper is arranged on the turbine wheel hub so as to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to it. The turbine wheel hub is drivable by the turbine wheel via the turbine wheel shell and the torsional vibration damper. The turbine wheel shell acts on the torsional vibration damper via a connection element. The axial sliding bearing is spatially offset with respect to the radial sliding bearing.
