A motor vehicle comprising a high-voltage on-board electrical system including a high-voltage battery, wherein the high-voltage battery includes a first energy storage system and a second energy storage system. The motor vehicle also includes two low-voltage on-board electrical systems and a first DC to DC converter for converting a high voltage into a low voltage, wherein the first energy storage system, the second energy storage system and the two low-voltage networks are connected to one another by means of the first DC to DC converter, and wherein a second DC to DC converter is connected in each case between the first DC to DC converter and the energy storage banks for voltage adaptation, and/or wherein a third DC to DC converter is connected in each case between the first DC to DC converter and the low-voltage networks for voltage adaptation.

Motor vehicle comprising a high-voltage on-board electrical system

A motor vehicle and method for analyzing the condition of a traction battery of a motor vehicle, wherein the motor vehicle includes an electric or hybrid propulsion system with an electric motor for driving the motor vehicle, power electronics for driving the electric motor, a battery management system with a monitoring device for monitoring the traction battery, and the traction battery. Impedance spectroscopy is performed on the traction battery with an alternating current across multiple alternating current frequencies. At least one battery parameter of the traction battery is determined based on the impedance spectroscopy performed. In the context of impedance spectroscopy, the traction battery is supplied with alternating current at several alternating current frequencies by the power electronics.

Method for analyzing the condition of a traction battery, and motor vehicle

A charging device for electrically charging and discharging a traction battery in an electric vehicle, comprises a first DC-DC converter; a vehicle plug; a power plug or network connection; a rectifier; a second DC-DC converter; a connection node; wherein the first DC-DC converter can be coupled with a DC power source and is coupled with the connection node; the rectifier can be coupled with the power plug and is coupled with the second DC-DC converter; and the connection node is coupled with the vehicle plug. The object of providing such a charging device with improved efficiency is achieved in that the connection node is connected between the second DC-DC converter and the vehicle plug.
