A device and method for geometrically measuring an object, with a base and a carrier device arranged thereon for the object, at least one reference object which can be fixed relative to the base, at least one distance measuring system, by means of which a distance between the reference object and the surface of the object facing the reference object can be determined, and an object holder having an upper side and a lower side, to which the object can be attached, wherein the object holder can be selectively arranged in a first orientation and a second orientation on the carrier device, wherein the distance measuring system and the object holder are movable relative to each other in order to scan the surface of the object, and the object holder has on the upper side thereof and on the lower side thereof respective reference structures.

Device and method for geometrically measuring an object

A device for measuring at least one surface portion of an object has a holder on which a reference body and a distance measuring device are arranged. The distance measuring device is pivotally mounted on the holder relative to a first axis and relative to a second axis. The distance measuring device is operable to determine a distance from a first point located on the surface portion of the object and a second distance from a second point located on the reference body.

Method and device for highly-precise measurement of surfaces

A device and a method for measuring at least one surface section of an object that is mounted on a carrier includes at least one reference object that can be fixed relative to the carrier, and a holder that can be moved relative to the reference object in at least one first direction and on which a reference body and a distance measuring device are arranged. The reference body and the distance measuring device are mounted in a rotatable manner relative to each other. The distance measuring device is designed to determine a first distance to a first point of the surface section of the object and a second distance to a second point of the reference body wherein the second point corresponds to the first point.
