A computer-implemented method for generating data to produce a spectacle lens adapted to a spectacle frame is disclosed. The method includes: (i) providing, on a storage medium, a first data set containing a centering value and a three-dimensional model of the spectacle frame; (ii) creating, using the first data set, a second data set containing a geometric value of a surface of the spectacle lens; (iii) creating, in order to produce the spectacle lens from a spectacle lens blank and to grind in and/or fit the at least one spectacle lens into the spectacle frame using the first and second data sets, a third data set stored on the storage medium, wherein the data values of each data set have a spatial relationship with respect to each other such that the data values of each data set are consistently specified in relation to a particular coordinate system.

A method for producing a semi-finished spectacle lens and a semi-finished spectacle lens includes identifying the semi-finished spectacle lens by applying a removable sticker having a unique code to the semi-finished spectacle lens. The semi-finished spectacle lens has an embossed code that is engraved into the semi-finished spectacle lens. The sticker is applied to at least partially cover the embossed code. The sticker can be applied directly onto the semi-finished spectacle lens early in the manufacturing process, for example immediately after molding or injection molding. The sticker can also be applied to the semi-finished spectacle lens before further surface treatment is carried out.

An apparatus and a method for optical measurement of an internal contour of a spectacle frame are disclosed. The transport direction of the left-hand outer transport track and the transport direction of the right-hand outer transport track are identical, and the transport direction of the central transport track is opposite to the transport directions of the left-hand outer transport track and the right-hand outer transport track or can be reversed. The multiple right-hand processing devices are arranged on the right-hand side next to the right-hand outer transport track. A method for making a spectacle lens includes joining a mold and a sealing ring. The mold has an integrated block piece and a mold shell made by primary shaping and the sealing ring has a first end face, a second end face, a peripheral seal, an opening disposed on the first end face configured to receive a mold, and a flexible membrane on the second end face. A polymerizable material is introduced into the mold cavity with the aid of a pump action of the flexible membrane of the sealing ring. The flexible membrane of the sealing ring is fixed in a desired surface shape and the polymerization is carried out. The mold is removed with a cast-on spectacle lens blank.
