A transmission cooling device includes a transmission housing part for housing rotating transmission elements and a fan, which is connected to the transmission housing part, for providing a cooling air flow against an outer side of the transmission housing part. The fan has a conveying element, which communicates with a hollow fan ring, for generating an operating flow within the fan ring. The fan ring communicates via at least one discharge opening with a volume provided radially within the fan ring in such a way that the operating flow generates the cooling air flow by a suction jet effect. Indirectly generating the cooling air flow with the aid of the operating flow generated by the conveying element in the hollow fan ring results in good cooling with a large flow cross section of the cooling air flow with small installation space requirement, thereby enabling space-saving cooling of a transmission.

A rotationally elastic coupling has a first coupling part with elastomers. The elastomers are arranged in the first coupling part in such a way that the elastomers serve to transfer a force onto a second coupling part when the first coupling part and the second coupling part are connected to one another. In order to improve the identification of wear, the rotationally elastic coupling has a switching element that is arranged at least in part in a first elastomer of the elastomers. A method is provided for producing a first elastomer for a rotationally elastic coupling of this kind. In a method for predicting damage to a roller bearing, a plurality of physical variables of at least one component of the roller bearing is acquired. From the physical variables and from type information of the roller bearing at least a first influencing variable and a second influencing variable are established and based on the at least first and second influencing variables a damage contribution to damage to the roller bearing caused by a White Etching Crack (WEC) mechanism is established and the damage contribution is added to form a damage sum. A remaining service life of the at least one component of the roller bearing due to the damage caused by the WEC mechanism from the damage sum and a first damage accumulation model is then established.

An arrangement includes a shaft arranged within a housing and sized to project through a housing opening, and a shaft sealing ring arranged between the housing and the shaft in a region of the housing opening. Closing the housing is an annular housing cover to which the first antenna is attached at a distance from the second antenna in an axial direction.

A planetary gearbox includes a sun wheel rotatably supported in a gearbox housing and having an external toothing, a rotatable hollow wheel, and a planetary carrier rotatably mounted in the gearbox housing. Planetary wheel bearings mount planetary wheels on the planetary carrier for rotation about planetary wheel axes of rotation. The planetary wheel bearings have external toothings which engage with the internal toothing of the hollow wheel and the external toothing of the sun wheel. Each planetary wheel bearing includes two annular bearing elements which are traversed by and held in fixed rotative engagement on a planetary wheel pin. The bearing elements have each an outer peripheral surface shaped to define a cone-shaped sliding surface such that tapered ends of the bearing elements point to one another and a running surface of an inner peripheral surface of the planetary wheel corresponds to the sliding surface of the planetary wheel bearing.

Planetary gearbox

A drive system has a transmission unit with planetary gear stage and a first shaft associated with a planetary carrier and having a coupling flange connectable to a machine or rotor shaft. The transmission unit and a motor/generator unit includes a rotor connected with a rotation-lock to a hollow rotor shaft which is connected to a second shaft of the transmission unit and enclosed by a gearbox housing. A coupling is arranged radially between the second shaft and the hollow rotor shaft. A gearbox housing support with a hollow cylindrical extension is arranged between the transmission unit and the motor/generator unit. The cylindrical extension concentrically encloses an end section of the second shaft and forms a bearing seat for a bearing arrangement disposed radially between the second shaft and the cylindrical extension. The hollow cylindrical extension is concentrically enclosed by the rotor and the hollow rotor shaft.

Drive system for a wind turbine

The invention relates to a gearbox having a sensing device () for sensing a torque which acts on a drive shaft (), an output shaft () or a shaft which can be driven by the drive shaft (). The sensing device () is electrically connected to an integrated energy-generating device. A rotor (), which is arranged inside the gearbox housing () and connected in a rotationally fixed fashion to a shaft which can be driven by the drive shaft (), is assigned to the energy-generating device. A bearing (), which is secured by a housing lid (), is assigned to this shaft. The housing lid () surrounds the rotor () in this context. The energy-generating device is assigned a stator () which is mounted on the housing lid () within the gearbox housing ().

Gearbox for industrial applications or wind power plants

A drive system having an integrated transmission and motor/generator unit for a wind turbine includes a transmission output shaft designed as a hollow shaft, which receives a sun shaft of an output-side planetary gear stage and is connected thereto. The transmission output shaft comprises a transmission-side end section of an insert shaft which is concentrically arranged within a rotor hollow shaft. The transmission output shaft additionally has a bearing for receiving radial and axial forces. The motor/generator unit has two dedicated bearings. One bearing thereof is a transmission-side bearing. In addition, a rear-side generator bearing is provided.

A drive system for a wind turbine includes a transmission unit with a planet wheel stage. A coupling flange on a first shaft of the transmission unit can be connected to a driven machine shaft or rotor shaft which is mounted above a planet carrier. The transmission unit and a motor/generator unit connected with a second shaft of the transmission unit are enclosed by a gear case. A rotor of the motor/generator unit is connected to a hollow rotor shaft which surrounds an end section of the second shaft and is connected to the end section via an interior coupling or clamping connection. A connecting-piece is arranged between the transmission unit and the motor/generator unit, and concentrically surrounds a transmission-side end section of the rotor shaft, forming a bearing seat for the rotor shaft, which also supports the second shaft of the transmission unit.

The invention relates to a gear mechanism comprising at least one drive shaft and at least one output shaft, which enter a gear mechanism housing through a respective opening. The drive shaft and/or the output shaft comprise a magnetically or optically coded section in the region of the respective opening. The coding in said section may be changed by the effect of a torque or a force on the drive shaft or output shaft. Moreover, at least one gear wheel connected to the drive shaft and at least one gear wheel connected to the output shaft are provided that are directly or indirectly engaged with one another. In addition, the gear mechanism according to the invention comprises at least one scanning unit for detecting the magnetic or optical coding of the drive shaft or output shaft in a contact free fashion. The scanning unit is disposed in a housing cover surrounding the magnetically or optically coded section of the drive shaft or output shaft and connected electrically to an analysis unit for detecting an overload of the gear mechanism.

Gear mechanism for industrial applications or wind power plants

A drive system has a transmission unit comprising at least one planet wheel stage, which has a hollow wheel, several planet wheels, a planet carrier and a sun wheel. Furthermore, a first shaft associated with the transmission unit is provided, which has a coupling flange that can be connected to a work machine shaft or rotor shaft and is mounted via the planet carrier. The transmission unit and a motor unit or generator unit connected to a second shaft of the transmission unit are enclosed by a gear housing which has a cardanic circumferentially symmetric or partially symmetric suspension for connection to a supporting structural element of the wind turbine.

A drive system has a gear unit with planetary gear stage with a planetary gear carrier. A first shaft associated with the gear unit has a coupling flange connectable to the shaft of a working machine or a rotor and is supported by the planetary gear carrier. The gear unit and a motor/generator unit connected to a second shaft of the gear unit are enclosed by a gearbox. The motor/generator unit additionally includes a rotor connected to a hollow rotor shaft with a rotation lock. An electrically isolating, detachable flange connection is disposed between the rotor shaft and the second shaft, with the gear-side end of the detachable flange connection connected to a hollow gear shaft. A gearbox stub which concentrically encloses a gear-side end section of the gear shaft is disposed between gear unit and motor or generator unit and forms a bearing seat for the second shaft.

A planetary gear mechanism for a wind power plant includes a sun gear, an internal gear and a planetary carrier with planetary gears supported by radial and axial slide bearings. The radial slide bearings include a sleeve made of a slide bearing material and attached as an inner ring to a planetary gear shaft or mounted as an outer ring in a bore in a planetary gear. An outer bearing ring cooperating with the inner ring is formed by the bore in the planetary gear, or an inner bearing ring cooperating with the outer ring is formed by the planetary gear shaft. A slide bearing material of a first bearing element of the axial slide bearings is applied between a planetary carrier cheek and an end side of a planetary gear. The end side of the planetary gear or the planetary carrier cheek forms a corresponding cooperating second bearing element.

Planetary gear mechanism for a wind power plant

A first planet stage of an epicyclic gearbox revolves in a gearbox housing and includes a planet support having two interconnected side pieces. Planet gears are borne in the planet support via planet gear bearings and engage a central sun gear shaft and a hollow gear secured to the gearbox housing. A first channel has one end connected to an oil supply in communication with an oil feed pump and passes through a gearbox housing wall, and another end connected via second channels, passing through one side piece of the planet support, to third and fourth channels, passing through the shafts of the planet gears and open to the planet gear bearings. The first channel passes through an insertion apparatus secured in the gearbox housing and. The first planet stage is complemented by a second planet stage with a second planet support, second planet gears and a second sun gear shaft, with the insertion apparatus including a radial stator with an axial bush arranged radially between the first and second planet supports.
