The invention relates to a press seal system () for inserting into an opening () and sealing said opening () against a line (), wherein the press seal system comprises an elastomer body () for being tensioned in said opening () and a seal member () which is decoupled from the deformation of said elastomer body (), namely said seal member () being deformable radially more easily than said elastomer body (), at least when said elastomer body () is tensioned, so that said seal member () can be sealed against said line () even when said elastomer body () has already been tensioned.

The invention relates to a tensioning ring () having a tensioning section (), the tensioning section () comprising a wedge element (), a guide member () and a tensioning screw (), wherein a width of the tensioning section () and thus a circumference of the tensioning ring () can be changed by tightening the tensioning screw (), for which purpose the wedge element () is guided at the guide member () and is movable in this guide along a movement way () at the guide member () by tightening the tensioning screw (), the movement way () having a portion in a width direction () determining the width of the tensioning section (), wherein the wedge element () and the guide member () engage in one another with an undercut in such a way that they are held together in a form-locking manner with respect to the width direction ().

The pressing body () includes a first () and a second press body part () movably mounted with respect to each other in an axial direction () parallel to the longitudinal axis () of the clamping bolt () such that when the elastomer body () is in the clamped state, it adopts a relative position modified with respect to the non-clamped initial state, which can be read on the display element ().
