An injector for introducing a fluid includes a main body designed as an insert and including a first tool contact surface for an injection-molding tool and a second tool contact surface for the injection-molding tool; and an injection-molded housing that completely encloses the main body on at least one portion of the main body, the injection-molded housing including at least one first opening that extends linearly towards the main body.

Injector, injection-molding tool, and method for manufacturing an injector

A fuel injection device includes at least one fuel injector and a receiving bore in a cylinder head as well as a receiving opening of a fuel rail for the fuel injector. The fuel injector is sealed using at least one sealing ring against the walls of the receiving opening and secured in the receiving opening with the aid of a fastening element. A compensating element is provided that acts on the fastening element to prevent bending moments as a result of an asymmetrical suspension of the fuel injector at the fastening element from acting on the fuel injector. The fuel injector device is particularly suitable for directly injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing, spark-ignition internal combustion engine.

Fuel injection device

A fuel injection device includes a rail having at least one outflow opening, at least one injector situated on the rail, a connecting piece situated on the injector, and a flange element for fastening the injector on the rail. The flange element includes a central opening through which the connecting piece is guided. A metal-metal sealing is provided between the connecting piece and the rail. The connecting piece is designed in one piece with an undercut, and the flange element engages with the undercut of the connecting piece. The connecting piece presses against the rail in a sealing manner.

Fuel injector having an improved high-pressure connection

A valve for metering highly pressurized fluid, having an inlet connector that can be placed into a connection socket of a fluid supply line, and a sealing assembly situated on the inlet connector, the sealing assembly having an elastically deformable sealing ring and a support ring made of plastic, which sealing assembly is supported on a radial support shoulder present on the inlet connector and seals against the connection socket. To prevent radial gaps between the support ring on the one hand and the inlet connector and/or the connection socket on the other hand, into which gaps the sealing ring extrudes under high pressure and becomes damaged, the support ring situated between the sealing ring and the support shoulder is made of an elastically deformable plastic material.

Valve for the metering of highly pressurized fluid

A valve for metering fluid has an electromagnet for actuating a valve needle controlling a metering opening. The electromagnet generates, upon current flow, a magnetic flux that proceeds via an outer pole, a hollow-cylindrical inner pole, an armature displaceable on an armature guidance region embodied on the valve needle, and a working air gap delimited by the armature and inner pole. Disposed fixedly on the valve needle is an entraining element that penetrates axially displaceably into an entraining element guidance region embodied in the inner pole and has a radial stop shoulder for the armature which delimits a take-up travel or pre-stroke travel. The entraining element is extended into an additional inner pole having a pole surface formed by the stop shoulder, and is embodied magnetically conductively and a magnetic flux between the armature and valve needle is suppressed by way of a magnetically nonconductive material.

Valve for metering fluid

A hydraulic connection via which a fuel injector is connectable to a fuel-conducting component and which includes a retaining bridge having a support surface. A connecting piece of a fuel injector is supportable on the support surface of the retaining bridge. A hydraulic connection being formed between the connecting piece of the fuel injector and a connection. A convexly curved bearing surface is provided on the connection, and a support surface is formed on the connecting piece of the fuel injector. A contact between the connecting piece of the fuel injector and the connection is implemented on the convexly curved bearing surface and the support surface for forming the hydraulic connection. The support surface is designed axially symmetrically with respect to a longitudinal axis. The support surface is designed in a widened manner in a direction from the connecting piece toward the connection along the longitudinal axis.

Fuel injection system and hydraulic connection to a fuel injection system

A solenoid valve for controlling fluids includes: a closing element, which opens and closes at least one outlet opening on a valve seat; a magnetic circuit having an armature, an internal pole and a magnetic return path; and a coil. The armature is connected to the closing element. The magnetic circuit includes (i) a nonmagnetic separating element for interrupting the magnetic circuit and (ii) a magnetic choke device closing the magnetic circuit on the nonmagnetic separating element, which magnetic choke device is a separate individual component which is fixed using a form-locking and/or a force-locking connection.

Solenoid valve having improved opening and closing behavior

A solenoid valve for controlling fluids includes a closing element that opens and closes at least one outlet opening on a valve seat, and a magnetic circuit that includes an armature, an internal pole, a magnetic return path, and a coil, the armature being connected to the closing element. The magnetic circuit includes a nonmagnetic separating element for interrupting the magnetic circuit and at least one magnetic crosspiece running in a direction of a longitudinal extension of the valve and situated on the nonmagnetic separating element.

Solenoid valve with improved opening and closing behavior

In an adjusting device having a gear, high gear ratios are often demanded. High transverse forces often arise in the gear and must be intercepted by suitably dimensioned bearings. In the adjusting device proposed here, having a basic body and a cap, an embedded device is provided between a shaft, serving to support a gear wheel, and the cap. With the aid of the embedded device, good bearing of the gear wheel on both sides is attained, regardless of component tolerances. The adjusting device is intended especially for vehicles having an internal combustion engine.

Adjusting device

A throttle device for controlling an internal combustion engine, in which the throttle valve is supported precisely employs a bearing recess serving to support the throttle valve shaft which is surrounded by a clamping element. As a result, there is excellent, durable stabilization of the bearing recess. The throttle device is especially well suited to vehicles that have a throttle-type internal combustion engine.

In an adjusting device with a transmission, high gear ratios are frequently required. In the transmission, powerful lateral forces are frequently generated, which must be absorbed by correspondingly dimensioned bearings. The present invention proposes an adjusting device having a transmission in which at least one gear is supported on an axle with a diameter that varies in the longitudinal direction. This achieves a uniform material loading of the axle supporting the gear and permits the diameter of the axle as a whole to be significantly reduced. The adjusting device is particularly intended for motor vehicles with an internal combustion engine.
