An arrangement for providing sterile water for injection purposes is described. A device for heating drinking water above the boiling point, a device for maintaining a chamber inner pressure which lies below the atmospheric pressure, and an electronic controller are provided, and the chamber is equipped with at least one membrane which is impermeable for liquids and a film or plate at a distance from the membrane, wherein steam which is permeated through the membrane is condensed on the film of plate. The membrane and the film or plate form a module, and the condensed water can be removed from the chamber via an outlet as sterile water for injection purposes.

In the coating apparatus for granular bodies is disposed a rotatable hollow cylindrical drum in which there is an introduction apparatus for granular bodies and at least one movable separating element therein, with which a cycle zone can be partly separated from a downstream cycle zone and a movement of the at least one separating element that leads to release is achievable. An interior of the drum is divided into at least one cycle zone and a further cycle zone. A spray apparatus is disposed in one cycle zone, and an outlet in a cycle zone arranged downstream. A separating element is movable from a closed position into an open position. A separating element has a clear space above the closed subregion and an opening between one cycle zone and a cycle zone arranged thereafter, through which granular bodies can pass.

Coating apparatus and coating method for granular bodies

A coating apparatus having a rotatable drum with at least one moveable separating element arranged on an end side, and granular bodies can be transferred into the drum and/or out of the drum by a movement that leads to release. A separating element can be moved from a closed position into an open position by rotation about an axis of rotation. In the closed position, a subregion lies with its underside against an inner wall of the drum or has a small gap there. In the open position, the subregion on the underside is spaced apart from the inner wall of the drum and there is an opening there through which granular bodies can pass. On the end sides of the drum there are stop elements with which a drum of at least one further module is connectable in order to form a coating apparatus and/or a closure element.

A method is for producing calcinated or sintered hollow bodies comprising a spherical surface, to hollow bodies produced using the method, and to the uses thereof. Calcinated or sintered hollow bodies comprising a spherically curved surface, an enlarged, freely accessible surface and/or a structured surface. An organic spherical carrier is coated with a powder which forms the shell of a hollow body, and a binding agent, both contained in suspension. A heat treatment is then carried out, leading to the expulsion of organic constituents and to the sin-tering process. At least one elevation is arranged on the surface of the carrier or embodied thereon, the projection past the surface corresponding at least to the thickness of the shell of the finished sintered hollow body, taking into account the degree of shrinkage of the powder material during the sintering process. The elevation(s) is/are then removed by conversion into the gas phase of the respective material from which they are formed and/or mechanically, during the heat treatment.

Method and device for inactivating a microbiologically contaminated mass containing solid particles. The method includes mixing the mass containing solid particles with a gelatinizing agent, transporting the mixed mass of solid particles and gelatinizing agent through a shaping device structured so that the mixed mass, at least in one area, is shaped to form a lamellar volume with a layer thickness of between 1 mm and 3 mm, and impinging the formed lamellar volume of the mixed mass with accelerated electrons.

Method and device for inactivating a microbiologically contaminated mass containing solid particles with accelerated electrons

A container mixer comprising a loadbearing device, a mixer arm () and a docking unit () for holding a container (). The mixer arm () is mounted on the rotatable part of a first rotary device () having a horizontal first axis of rotation (), whose fixed part is held on a loadbearing device, and the docking unit () is mounted on the rotatable part of a second rotary device () having a second axis of rotation (), whose fixed part is held on the mixer arm (). The fixed part of the first rotary device () can also be mounted on a lifting carriage () which is vertically displaceably mounted on the loadbearing device. The axes of rotation of the first and second rotary device () can be arranged in such a way that their axes of rotation () intersect within the container ().
