A diaphragm valve has a valve body which includes at least one flow passage for fluid flow, a valve drive including a housing, and a diaphragm which can be deflected by the valve drive, in order to selectively open and close the flow passage. The rim of the diaphragm is axially clamped in a fluid-tight way between valve body and valve drive, wherein clamping of the diaphragm is effected by a screw-nut connection and the screw and the nut surround the rim of the diaphragm as seen in actuating direction of the valve drive and one of the two parts formed by screw and nut is non-rotatably provided at the valve body or at the valve drive. The other one of the two parts can be screwed in or on and additionally is rotatorily movable. The movable part is supported on the valve drive or on the valve body by an anti-friction bearing.

Diaphragm valve

A valve manifold has a housing with a central mixing chamber and a shell surface. The shell surface of the valve manifold has at least two valve ports, with each valve port being associated with one valve. A first valve port has three openings, and additional valve ports each having three openings. A respective first opening of the valve ports is in direct fluid communication with the central mixing chamber, and the second and third openings of the valve ports are each in fluid communication with an inflow or outflow via a duct. A bottom of the mixing chamber, in relation to a plane arranged perpendicularly to a vertical longitudinal axis of the housing, has a slope towards the first opening of the first.

Valve manifold

A diaphragm valve for fluid control includes a valve housing having a valve chamber, into which at least three passageways open. The passageways have associated therewith valve seats provided in the valve housing. Further, the diaphragm valve for fluid control includes a diaphragm having various diaphragm sections that can be pressed against associated valve seats in order to selectively open and close flow connections between passageways. Further, the diaphragm valve for fluid control includes at least two control pistons, which are displaceably accommodated in respectively one cylinder chamber and are respectively coupled with the associated diaphragm section via a pressure transfer unit in order to move the diaphragm section, during the movement of the control piston, into an opening or closing position, wherein the cylinder chambers are located at the same axial height, so that the control pistons can be moved next to each other.

A valve manifold has a housing including a central mixing chamber and a shell surface. The shell surface has at least two valve ports that are each associated with one valve. A first valve port has three openings and the additional valve ports each have at least two, preferably three openings. A respective first opening of the valve ports is in direct fluid communication with the central mixing chamber, and the second and third openings of the valve ports are each in fluid communication with an inflow or outflow via a duct. An external port is provided which is in direct fluid communication with the mixing chamber via a duct.

A valve assembly has a valve manifold which includes a housing having a central mixing chamber and a shell surface, and further has at least two diaphragm valves which are each adapted to be attached to a valve port provided on the shell surface. A first valve port has three openings, and the further valve ports each have at least two openings. A respective first opening of the valve ports is in direct fluid communication with the central mixing chamber and the second and third openings of the valve ports are each in fluid communication with an inflow or outflow via a duct. Each valve includes inlets or outlets which correspond with the openings of the valve ports and which are each in fluid communication with an opening. Each valve is adapted to shut or open the flow path between the first opening of a valve port and the second or third opening.
