A reconstruction module may include at least one parameter interface to receive a set of measurement sequence parameters and a memory interface to a memory having a trained mathematical model stored in the memory. The trained mathematical model determines a results dataset containing at least one iterative denoising parameter and at least one edge enhancement parameter for at least one received measurement sequence parameter. A control of the reconstruction module controls a reconstruction of the medical images using a reconstruction algorithm based on the determined parameters for parameterizing an iterative denoising function and an edge enhancement function.

A method is provided for monitoring a current respiratory curve of a patient with regard to a recording region which is imaged by magnetic resonance scanning. The method includes acquiring a reference respiratory curve of the patient over a plurality of respiratory cycles; establishing a respiration state of the patient that is suitable for the magnetic resonance scanning based on the reference respiratory curve; determining at least one reference recording time window and a trigger threshold value for starting a magnetic resonance scan based on the previously determined respiration state; carrying out at least one magnetic resonance scan within the determined reference recording time window of the current respiratory curve using the trigger threshold value; and continually acquiring and monitoring the current respiratory curve during the magnetic resonance scan in the reference recording time window.

An apparatus and a method for spatial encoding in magnetic resonance tomography using a radio frequency signal are provided. A first set of parameters from a first frequency and from a first amplitude, and from a second frequency and a second amplitude is determined by the magnetic resonance tomograph, and corresponding signals are generated by a radio frequency device and transmitted by an antenna apparatus. A first gradient above the Larmor frequency of the nuclear spins is generated by the Bloch-Siegert effect. The same thing ensues with a second set of parameters that differs from the first set of parameters at least in one frequency or amplitude and therefore generates a second, different gradient.

A method for correcting a B0 inhomogeneity in a magnetic resonance scan with a magnetic resonance tomograph is provided. The magnetic resonance tomograph includes a controller, a radio frequency unit, and a transmitting antenna. In the method, the controller determines a transmission signal that is suitable for correcting an effect of an inhomogeneity of a static B0 magnetic field in an examination volume by the Bloch-Siegert effect. The transmission signal is emitted into the examination volume.

A method for generating a spatially resolved magnetic resonance dataset using a coil arrangement includes providing at least one correction datum based on receiver characteristics of the coil arrangement. The method also includes providing a magnetic resonance dataset with spatially resolved signal intensity data, and correcting the at least one signal intensity datum in the magnetic resonance dataset by the correction datum before or after providing the magnetic resonance dataset.

The invention relates to a method for reconstructing magnetic resonance images, to a magnetic resonance apparatus and to a computer program product. According to the method, measurement data is acquired in an acquisition period. The measurement data is used to determine a motion curve over the acquisition period. In addition, at least one magnetic resonance image is reconstructed. In this process, the acquisition period is separated into a plurality of sub-periods by one or more separating periods and/or separating times in which the motion curve satisfies a defined motion condition, and each magnetic resonance image is reconstructed using the measurement data from at least one sub-period.

The method includes acquiring magnetic resonance data in the volume segment by radial acquisition of a k-space for a predetermined duration of capture that includes at least one full respiratory period of the object undergoing examination; analyzing the magnetic resonance data in order to determine therefrom at least one respiratory period; forming at least one data group that includes only the magnetic resonance data that belongs to at least one respiratory state of the at least one respiratory period; and creating the magnetic resonance images from only the magnetic resonance data of the at least one data group. Here, it is advantageous that magnetic resonance images of higher temporal resolution and/or better image quality, in particular with smaller image artifacts, may be provided.

The disclosure relates to a method for processing movement signals detected during a magnetic resonance scan of a patient, and to a corresponding magnetic resonance device and a computer program product. According to the method, RF pulses are generated by a RF transmitting unit of a magnetic resonance device in order to excite nuclear spins in the body of the patient. Magnetic resonance signals are generated by the excited nuclear spins. For spatial encoding of the magnetic resonance signals, gradient pulses are generated by a gradient coil unit of the magnetic resonance device. The magnetic resonance signals are detected by a RF receiving unit of the magnetic resonance device. Furthermore, movement signals of the patient are detected by a movement detection unit during detection of the magnetic resonance signals, and these are processed by a processing unit.

The disclosure relates to a method for reconstructing a preview of a magnetic resonance examination, a magnetic resonance apparatus, and a computer program product. The method includes recording a first set of magnetic resonance data, from which a second set of magnetic resonance data is selected.
