A control device, disposed in or on a vehicle seat, which has a pickup for detecting seat occupation, a pickup for detecting a position of the vehicle seat, a common control circuit, and an energy supply for the control circuit. The pickup for detecting seat occupation and the pickup for detecting the position of the vehicle seat are connected electrically conductively with the common control circuit.

A control apparatus for a restraint device in a motor vehicle has a detector for detecting a child seat disposed on a vehicle seat, a pickup for determining the position of the vehicle seat, and an evaluation device. The evaluation device furnishes a control signal for the restraint device as a function of the vehicle seat position and as a function of a status signal of the detector for detecting a child seat.

A control configuration for a motor vehicle includes an engine control and a transmission control which are connected to one another through a communication channel. A transmission is shifted by using electrohydraulic pressure control valves for actuating friction elements in the transmission. The transmission control is mounted at a transmission housing. Solenoids of the electrohydraulic pressure control valves are integrated into the transmission control. Sensor signals which are to be evaluated by the transmission control are transmitted by sensors to the transmission control wirelessly.

Automatic transmission control for a motor vehicle

A circuit configuration for emulating a microcontroller includes connection terminals being pin-compatible with the microcontroller to be emulated. A bond-out chip of the microcontroller is connected to the connection terminals. A reprogrammable memory device is provided. A logic configuration provides direct access from at least some of the connection terminals to the reprogrammable memory device. The circuit configuration has a three-dimensional measurement being at least approximately identical to the three-dimensional measurement of the microcontroller to be emulated.
