A method for transferring medical products comprises the steps of conveying medical products on an oscillating conveyor having a plurality of conveying lanes arranged next to each other to a delivery area of the conveyor lanes and from the delivery area into at least one shaft; detecting a defective product in one of the conveying lanes; and activating a diverter device for defective products, which is arranged adjacent to the delivery area of this conveying lane, when a defective product is detected, wherein the diverter device, upon activation, is shifted or pivoted into an activated position, in which the diverter device is located in a transport path of the defective product.

Device and method for transferring medicinal products

The invention pertains to a system for filling bottle-like containers with tablets, which comprises various devices for specific processes, wherein most of the devices have a transport mechanism for positively guiding the movement of each container by itself in a continuous manner, whereas at least the device for dosing the pharmaceutical products and for introducing the pharmaceutical products into the containers has a transport mechanism for positively guiding the movement of each container by itself in a clocked manner in certain sections. The transport mechanisms of the devices are connected to each other in series, which ensures the positive guidance of each individual container by itself through the entire system.

System for filling pharmaceutical products into bottle-shaped containers

The device for channeling out upright containers from a first transport device, which moves the container in a transport direction, includes a lateral guide section, which extends in the transport direction, and a gripper unit, which has a plurality of grippers for gripping the containers. The lateral guide section and the gripper unit are moved from a pickup position for the containers jointly in a direction transverse to the transport direction. After this joint movement the gripper unit is moved towards a discharge position for the containers. The lateral guide section and the gripper unit are then moved back to the pickup position.

Device for channeling out containers

The device for transporting upright containers in a straight line includes a rake conveyor comprising multiple receiving sections for the containers and an opposing support element for the containers carried in the receiving sections. The rake conveyor is connected to two drives by at least two pivot systems, each with two arms, in such a way that the rake conveyor can be pushed back and forth both in the transport direction of the containers and also in the direction perpendicular to the transport direction of the containers.

Device for transporting upright containers in a straight line

A method for filling a plurality of containers in cycles at a predetermined number of stationary filling units arranged in a row with a first spacing from each other. The method includes providing a plurality of positively guided containers in a row, one-by-one, wherein the containers have a uniform second spacing from each other, wherein the first spacing of the individual filling units is a whole-number multiple of the second spacing of the containers, and filling a predetermined number of the containers simultaneously at the filling units. The containers are shifted in cycles along the filling units in a transport direction by a step length, which is a whole-number multiple of the second spacing of the containers and which is shorter than a third spacing between a first filling unit and a last filling unit steps of filling and shifting are repeated over a predetermined number of iterations.

Method and device for filling containers

An apparatus for sorting and feeding identically shaped small objects has a funnel adapted to hold the objects and having a downwardly open outlet and a housing and a wheel together forming an arcuate passage generally centered on an axis and having an upper inlet end at the outlet and a lower outlet end so that the objects can enter the upper inlet end of the passage and move downward through the passage. The wheel has an outer periphery exposed in the passage and formed with a row of outwardly open pockets of a shape corresponding generally to a shape of the objects. The wheel is rotated such that its periphery moves upward in the passage so that the objects are separated from one another and aligned behind one another in the passage.
