An assembly is provided. The assembly includes a component, a solder pin arranged on the component, an electrical structural unit, and a soldering point which is arranged on the electrical structural unit and forms an opening, into which the solder pin is insertable along an insertion direction in order to produce a soldered joint. The solder pin has an insertion portion which, on sides of the solder pin that face away from each other, forms insertion walls which are arranged at an acute angle to one another in such a way that the insertion portion tapers in the insertion direction. A part of the insertion portion is arranged outside the opening in such a way that one or more portions of the insertion walls extend inside the opening and one or more portions of the insertion walls extend outside the opening.

Assembly having a solder pin and a solder point

A connector part includes: a plurality of hermaphroditic contact elements for contacting associated hermaphroditic contact elements of a mating connector part, each of the plurality of hermaphroditic contact elements having a body, a first contact lug extending from the body along a first direction, and a second contact lug extending from the body along the first direction. The first contact lug and the second contact lug are offset from each other along a second direction that extends transversely to the first direction, and along a third direction that extends transversely to the first direction and transversely to the second direction. The connector part has, for each hermaphroditic contact element, a hermaphroditic contact element mirror-inverted to a first mirror plane spanned by the first direction and the third direction and a hermaphroditic contact element mirror-inverted to a second mirror plane spanned by the first direction and the second direction.

A modular system for producing an electrical device includes: a plurality of terminal devices arrangeable on a printed circuit board to connect electrical conductors to the printed circuit board, the terminal devices each having a housing that has a connection side, arranged on which is a plug-in connection opening for insertion of an electrical conductor, and two lateral flanks, which are spaced apart from each other along a width direction and between which the connection side extends. A first terminal device of the plurality of terminal devices is a spring-force terminal. A second terminal device of the plurality of terminal devices is a screw-connection terminal. A housing of the first terminal device and a housing of the second terminal device have a same width, measured along the width direction.

Modular system for producing an electrical unit and terminal device

A connection device for connection of an electrical conductor includes: a housing which has an insertion opening for insertion of an electrical conductor; a spring element arranged on the housing, which spring element has a spring leg for locking a conductor inserted in the insertion opening; and an adjusting element which is arranged adjustably on the housing. By adjustment of the adjusting element, the spring leg is movable between a clamping position in which a conductor inserted in the insertion opening is lockable in the insertion opening, and a release position in which a conductor may be inserted into the insertion opening, or a conductor inserted in the insertion opening is releasable from the insertion opening. The spring element has an actuation section arranged on the spring leg on which the adjusting element acts during an adjustment for the movement of the spring leg.

Connection device for connection of an electrical line

A plug contact for electrically contacting a printed circuit board by plugging the contact into a contact hole of the printed circuit board, has two contact limbs which are elastic relative to each other, a terminal region, and a connection region. The connection region connects the contact limbs together and to the terminal region, the plug contact being punched out of flat metal material and bent. The plug contact ensures multiple plugging and pulling cycles without the inner wall of the contact hole being damaged by each of the contact limbs being a contacting region which contacts the contact hole in the plugged-in state. The outer contour of each of the contact limbs is shaped as a segment of a circle in a cross-sectional view in the contacting region, the radius of the outer contour being smaller than the radius of the corresponding contact hole of the printed circuit board.

Plug contact

A plug contact for electrically contacting a circuit board by insertion of the plug contact into a contact hole of the circuit board, the plug contact having two resilient contact legs, a terminal region, and a connecting region which connects the two contact legs to one another and to the terminal region, wherein the plug contact is punched out of a metallic flat material in one piece. As a result, the plug contact only has a small overall height, and the two contact arms each have a first region and a second region which are arranged at an angle &#x3b1; relative to one another, such that the two contact legs are bent approximately in an L shape, and wherein the two first regions adjoin the connection region and the ends of the two second regions form the free ends of the contact legs.

Plug-in contact

A plug contact for electrically contacting a circuit board by inserting the plug contact into a via hole in the circuit board, the plug contact having two flat contact arms that are resilient relative to each other, and a connecting region, from which the two contact arms extend in the plug-in direction of the plug contact, the plug contact being punched as a single piece from a flat metallic material. In the connection region, adjacent to the two contact arms, a recess is formed in the plug contact, the distance between the two contact arms increases from the recess towards the free ends of the contact arms, the two contact arms being spread apart relative to each other and the two contact arms together having a width which is the same as or only slightly smaller than the diameter of the corresponding via hole in the circuit board.

Plug-in contact and method for producing a plug-in contact

A base strip for connection to at least one plug connector part includes a housing which has a wall portion and at least one plug-in location, into which the at least one plug connector part can be inserted; at least one contact element arranged on the wall portion of the housing for electrically contacting to the plug connector part; and at least one dome which is arranged on the wall portion, protrudes from the wall portion, and has an opening through which the at least one contact element extends in an insertion direction and in which the contact element is held. The dome has two portions which are spaced apart from one another transversely to the insertion direction and are separated from one another by a slot.

A connection terminal includes a housing; an insertion opening, which is arranged on the housing and into which a conductor can be inserted in an insertion direction; a contact element, which is arranged on the housing and with which the conductor can be brought into contact by insertion into the insertion opening; a spring element, which is arranged on the housing, is held on the housing by a spring body, and has a resiliently movable spring leg extending from the spring body, wherein the spring leg clamps the conductor inserted into the insertion opening to the contact element in a clamping position; and an actuating element, which is arranged on the housing and can be actuated in an actuation direction to move the spring leg out of the clamping position, wherein the actuating element can be locked to the housing in an open position.

A plug connection device for connecting a cable having at least one core to a circuit board includes a connector which can be connected to the core of the cable, and a base strip which can be connected to the circuit board The base strip includes a soldering pin which can be electrically connected to the core of the cable in a plug-in region by placing the connector onto the base strip and which can be soldered to the circuit board in a soldering region in order to produce a conductive connection. The soldering region of the soldering pin includes a plurality of contact zones such that the base strip can be connected to the circuit board in different orientations.

Plug connection device

An electrical plug-type connector has a housing for holding electrical plug elements, and a pulling aid made of an electrically insulating material, which enables the plug-type connector to be pulled apart from a mating connector, and which protrudes from the housing of the plug-type connector in the form of a tab. The pulling aid is provided with an electrically conductive portion which is designed and provided as a screening support for the screening of an electrical lead that is to be connected to the electrical plug-type connector.
