A fastening unit, in particular a fastening unit for modules which are intended to supply a user of a breathing mask or breathing hood with breathable air, and to such modules. The fastening unit is designed to secure one module relative to another module, and has a first component part for assembly with the other module and a second component part for assembly with the module. The second component part is rotatable, by means of the first component part, about a predetermined angle relative to the first component part; and first and second subcomponents within the region of the defined angle can engage with each other in a plurality of positions.

An activated carbon adsorber, in particular an activated carbon adsorber for use by a user of an externally ventilated breathing mask or breathing hood. The activated carbon adsorber includes a housing for accommodating a filter cartridge, and the housing has the following features: an air inlet supply port to receive compressed air from an air supply unit; a connector for connecting to a breathing mask or hood; a unit which can be fastened to the body of or to or on the housing of the activated carbon adsorber and which is capable of forming a detachable connection with another component in particular a sliding or slip connection.

A spray gun and a trigger for the same. A one-armed trigger for a spray gun comprises a single connecting arm, secured to a left side or a right side of a spray gun body of the spray gun; an operating portion, provided at a lower end of the connecting arm; and an actuating component, provided on the connecting arm. The trigger can be more easily and reliably assembled onto a spray gun body and reduce the possibility of damaging parts of the spray gun.

A portable breathing apparatus for protecting a user against contact with the contaminated surrounding atmosphere. The breathing apparatus can be supplied with fresh breathable air via an air tube connected to an air supply system having an overpressure. The breathable air flows out of a body which is connected to the air tube and has at least one defined outflow surface for the breathable air.

An air cap arrangement and a spray gun. The air cap arrangement comprises an air cap, an air cap ring and a retaining ring. The air cap ring comprises a groove configured to extend on the circumferential inner surface of the air cap ring. The air cap also comprises a groove configured to extend on the circumferential outer surface of the air cap, and the retaining ring is arranged in the groove of the air cap ring and the groove of the air cap to limit the axial movement of the air cap within the air cap ring.

Multi-purpose tool

The invention relates to a fluid reservoir for a paint spray gun with a container () and a cover () that is attachable on this container and has a connection part () to enable attaching the fluid reservoir on the paint spray gun or on an adapter, wherein the container () has a ventilation opening () that can be closed by a valve (). In a fluid reservoir known from the state of the art, the valve is constructed in the form of a sliding valve. Here, there is the risk that the ventilation opening is not completely closed if the slide of the sliding valve has not been pushed completely into the valve housing. In order to provide a fluid reservoir with a valve that can be easily actuated manually and that can be closed reliably, it is provided for the fluid reservoir according to the invention that the valve () has a closing element () that can pivot like a rocker about a pivot axis () for closing the ventilation opening () in a fluid-tight way.
