Optoelectronic sensor

To enable a simple mounting and alignment of an optoelectronic measuring device in its operating position, a fastening system is provided for fastening the optoelectronic measuring device. The fastening system includes a fastening section provided at a surface of a housing of the measuring device. An adjustment adapter has a first element for connection to the fastening section and is provided for the alignment of the measuring device in the operating position. The fastening section rises from the surface of the housing and forms a platform having a groove and a latch cutout at at least one side located perpendicular to the surface of the housing. The first element of the adjustment adapter has a tongue element formed with shape matching the groove and a latching protrusion formed with shape matching the latch cutout. The fastening section and the adjustment adapter are latchinigly connectable to one another without tools.

A fastening apparatus having a base part () for fastening and/or adjusting a light grid housing () having a partly round housing cross-section () in a housing section at an assembly body (), wherein the base part () has an open receiver () for the light grid housing (), wherein the receiver () forms a circular section () in cross-section and the circular section () has an angle (&#x3b1;) of more than 180 degrees, wherein the receiver () of the base part () is slightly smaller than the partly round housing cross-section () of the housing section, wherein the light grid housing () is arranged in the receiver () and is held by the receiver () by force transmission.

Method of fastening and adjusting a light grid housing

A light grid which has a housing made from an extruded profile. An electronic component plate is movably insertable into the interior of the housing and carries the optical components of an emitter unit or a receiver unit, respectively. The housing has a support plate and an intermediate web which connect spaced-apart side walls of the profile and include openings. The support plate also has openings into which corresponding optical function elements are inserted. The openings in the intermediate webs serve as apertures. To precisely align the component plate with the optoelectronic components thereon relative to the housing, positioning pins are inserted through openings in the support plate and the intermediate web and which further engage locating holes in the component plate.

Light grid with housing

A strip-like housing of a light grid has two side walls that extend over its entire housing length and that are joined together by cross braces. The cross braces form a honeycomb structure, in which the transmitting and receiving elements of the light grid are installed.
