A valve bag filling device for filling powdered filling material into a valve bag is provided, and has a filling spout (), which is provided so as to be introduced into a valve hose of a valve bag to be filled. The device has a conveying device for conveying the filling material to be filled from a supply tank through the filling spout () into a valve bag resting on the filling spout () with the valve hose, as well as a suction device () for aspirating excess filling material via a suction opening (). The suction opening () is arranged spaced a distance () from the filling spout (). A control device is provided, with which the suction opening () can be traversed in a direction () in relation to the filling spout ().

Valve bag filling device

A closure device () for closing a flexible container (), in particular a valve bag (), has a welding device (), a sensor device () for acquiring a position of a part of the container () to be closed (), and a control unit (). The control unit () is coupled with the sensor device () and with the welding device (), and is configured to place the welding device () in a first position and a second position spaced apart from the first position on the part of the container () to be closed () by actuating at least one moving device, to detect when at least one of the two positions has been reached via the sensor unit (), and to actuate the welding device () at the respective first and second position to generate a weld seam on the container ().

Closure device for flexible containers and a method for closing flexible containers

The invention provides a system and process in which more than only one category of information must be made available in an optically simultaneously recognizable form to a person in a portable system () for protecting and/or guiding persons in dangerous situations, firefighters or rescue teams in buildings. The system includes an infrared camera () for recording data, especially heat image data; an energy supply device, especially a battery; at least one interface () for transmitting data; and at least one display device (), especially a monitor and/or a warning light, for visually displaying data. At least one exit finder () and/or at least one gas sensor () and/or at least one motion detector is also provided. The data determined by the at least one exit finder () and/or by the at least one gas sensor () and/or by the at least one motion detector and the heat image data of the infrared camera () can be displayed on the display of the at least one display device () such that the visually displayed data and visually displayed heat image data are visible by the person within a field of vision.

System for protecting and/or guiding persons in dangerous situations

A gas-measuring system is provided that is suitable for both mobile and stationary use. A mobile measuring device () with sensors () for detecting gas concentrations and a base station () are provided for this purpose. The mobile measuring device () is inserted into a holder () of the base station () and the operating functions to the measuring device () are now switched over to the base station ().

Gas-measuring system

A protective breathing mask has a connector housing unit having a connector housing for accommodating breathing mask components. The connector housing unit has a flange-like collar extending from the connector housing. The flange-like collar has a connecting rim. A mask body made of an elastomer has a profile-reinforced portion defining a cutout for the connector housing unit and the profile-reinforced portion is shaped to match the peripheral rim. A clamping ring is provided for fixedly securing the profile-reinforced portion at the connecting rim. The clamping ring has a slot for holding the profile-reinforced portion. The clamping ring is shaped to match the connecting rim of the flange-like collar and has a connecting surface for connecting the clamping ring to the collar at the connecting rim.

Protective breathing mask

A breathing valve with a valve disk lying on a valve crater and with a valve spring, which is in contact with the valve disk. A first spring end is provided in contact with a support surface and a second spring end is provided. The valve disk is accommodated in a guide displaceable along an axial valve axis, and the valve spring is fastened such that the line of action of the spring is directed at an angle in relation to the valve axis. The valve is extensively prevented from vibrating.

Breathing valve

A protective hood (1) made of an elastic, elastomeric, gas-impermeable material, with a head area (2) and a neck area (4) joining the head area (2) with its top end (3), is to be improved such that good seating of the protective hood is achieved at different head sizes. This object is accomplished by the protective hood (1) being made in one piece according to the dipping process by means of a plate-shaped mold, the material of the protective hood having an elongation at tear greater than or equaling 600% and a modulus 100% of 0.15 to 1.3 N/mm.sup.3, and that with the protective hood (1) folded up flat, the greatest width (10) of the head area (2) is 250 mm to 340 mm and preferably about 287 mm.

Protective hood made of an elastic material

A breathing apparatus with a display unit for the transmission of measured data via a display field of the display unit into the field of vision of a person wearing the unit. The readability of the measured data displayed is improved in daylight with simultaneously reduced energy demand. The display field includes an LC display, which is at least transparent for transmission radiation. An optical concentrator is provided, which collects the ambient light via a light entering surface and emits the collected light via a light exiting surface.

Breathing apparatus with a display unit

A respirator including a mask body with a breathing filter at a breathing connection of the mask body, with a cuff accommodating the breathing filter and with a bellows, which seals the mask interior against the environment. The bellows is connected to the cuff and to the mask body. The breathing filter is locked in the position of use based on the bellows being made in one piece with the breathing connection, as a continuation of the mask body. The bellows surrounds the cuff in the manner of a truncated cone, in at least one partial section of the extent of the breathing filter.
